Hot Air Grilling
This system uses up to 50% less energy than traditional roasting, and involves the grill element and the fan operating alternately on a low speed. During the course of heating, the fan circulates the heat generated by the grill around the food. This ensures that cuts of meat are crisp and evenly brown on all sides. This system can be used without pre-heating as you would with a normal rotisserie, thus saving energy. Even large cuts of meat, poultry or game can be cooked to perfection. It is ideal for smaller cuts such as chicken pieces and racks of lamb. Rotisserie cooking without the fuss!

EcoClean
A highly effective self-cleaning method: the ovens patented lining is made up of thousands of microscopic porous oxygen-filled ceramic spheres. When the oven is heated up to cleaning temperature, oxygen is released from the spheres and causes any grease or waste deposits on the lining to break down or oxidise, leaving the oven liners sparking clean and your oven looking like new.

Cooling Fan
The fan circulates cool air around the oven ensuring the appliance itself and the surrounding furniture is kept cool. It also helps cool the hot air vented from the oven. As cooler air is vented into the kitchen, this means less steam, and practically eradicates grease discolouration.
