Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor surface Chairs are reasonably comfortable and sturdy. The finish on the table is terrible however, it looks nice on the first day, but then scratches when anything is placed on it. e.g. put a book on it and it will scuff. We've taken good care of it and it still looks good from a distance, but sit at the table and the surface looks like we've been skating on it with hundreds of tiny scratches!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible dining suite Looks good at first when you bring it home, however, the finish on the table is really bad, scratches so easily, even with plastic cups. The chairs look good and are reasonably comfortable but are not sturdy at all, keep having to re tighten the legs, and one of the chairs already has a broken leg at the top. (I weigh 78kg and my partner is 56kg) Tried complaining about it but was told by the manager that there hasnt been other complaints about it so they cant do anything. DID NOT EXPECT THAT FROM HARVEY NORMAN considering how much it costs

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed I bought this 6 months ago - great when first purchased but after 2/3 months 2x chairs have the legs broken. With how much this set cost I would of expected something that would last me over 5-10 years but what I really found was a cheap skate looks are all there is dining suite.

Free Pick Up In Store

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.

  1. During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
  2. After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
  3. Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
  4. Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
  5. Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).
