1. Customers must sleep on the bed for at least 30 nights to qualify for exchange.
2. A mattress protector must also be purchased from Harvey Norman at time of purchase to protect the mattress.
3. If an exchange is to be made, customers must advise the store at which the purchase was made between 30-45 days from the date of delivery.
4. Customers who choose to exchange for a model more expensive than the one originally purchased must pay the difference in price, or will be refunded any difference if a cheaper model is chosen.
5. Delivery and pick-up fees apply. Exchange only valid for another product of the same brand as the product originally purchased. Exludes special orders/sizes.
6. Exchange valid for mattresses only, not for bases or mattress protectors.
7. Maximum one (1) exchange per product per customer.
