How can I raise a claim?

You can raise a claim by either:

  • Returning your device back to the original store you purchased it from or the nearest Harvey Norman store
  • Emailing Brightside at accidentaldamagecover@brightsideco.co.nz
  • Calling Brightside on 0800 848 444 (hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.30pm excluding public holidays)

What happens to my Brightside Accidental Damage Cover if my device gets replaced?

When a device is replaced, the Brightside Accidental Damage Cover policy on that device is complete. You will be able to purchase a new Brightside Accidental Damage Cover policy on the replacement device.
