Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating I purchased 10 months ago this fridge, came up with a System error 41, Samsung NZ pretty much striped and replaced all components, but problem persists. Samsung NZ replaced 3 times the touch screen tablet, water/ice dispenser, all system boards and the entire doors! By replacing all of these components more damages and cosmetic damages were made to the fridge. More problems on the fridge now, camera, door alarm, water dispenser lights flexible freezer compartment are malfunctioning. Samsung NZ admin team is very rude and I am still battling on with this matter as we speak. Over 5 weeks, we have lost majority of the basic functions a fridge/freezer can perform. All other negative feedback in this forum; I hear you guys, I am in the same boat as you lot. Please don't invest on this fridge model.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great concept but unreliable A great idea, love the ice maker and the screen for ordering food etc. It's let down though by some glaring issues. Firstly there should be a bar code scanner so when you put food in it scans, checks the net and there is your product rather than manual entry. My main issue though is the fridge itself has broken down three times now in just over a year. The ice maker died, then the camera died then the ice maker again.... just not worth the price tag for so many issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Error codes and more issues not even 1 year old I bought this tablet refrigerator 1 year ago and they have already replaced the power board and water dispenser due to faults. Very unsatisfactory as we were so excited when purchasing this item due to the technology. Could not believe it when error codes started appearing this early on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointing We brought this fridge with high hopes, it looks great and has a big touch screen tablet. The ice maker is a big problem, it needs to be replaced every 4-7 months as it fails. Be prepared to wear this additional cost

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ice Maker is not upto the challenge I bought the fridge 6 months ago and have problem with the Ice Maker not making the cubes that other fridges do for years. It actually stop working after 3 months. It freezes and does not produce the ice cubes. I have to again try to make it to work. I don't think that would be so poor design. The Computer display is fun however the ice making facility is not good!
