Lovely New MattressBadly needed a new mattress but as husband had been sick and in hospital we decided to order one online. Which we did with no trouble
Mattress came before stated time was delivered right to our bed and old on taken to the garage ready for son in law to take to the dump. Lovely comfortable mattress. A no hassle transaction.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns

I can't see an explanation for 'adjustable'.

Hi Reel. Thanks for your question. The springs in the mattress have been modified to allow for the mattress to bend and flex more readily than a standard mattress that is designed to fit on a static (non moving) base. Hope this helps with your query.
