I would buy this product again!
I bought this camera as a 'take everywhere' device to fill the gaps of my heavy, cumbersome DSLR, and my smart phone doesn't have a zoom or manual exposure functions. I am amazed at the range of features, especially all the manual settings I use on my big Canon. I won't use many of the creative and auto functions and it has taken me some time to navigate my way around the menu. I find the Canon menu much more intuitive to navigate but it may just be what I am familiar with. The viewfinder is almost too small for my aging eyes to use but is available if needed. I love the USB lead charger and do have to top up charge often to ensure battery life on the job. Overall, I am very happy with this camera and have recommended to family and friends looking for a portable, versatile, point & shoot or manual camera.

Wish this had the GPS like the original TZ-10 and TZ-30 had
The original TZ series (TZ-10 and TZ-30 for example) had a great GPS system that geo-tagged every photo as it was taken. I really miss that function. The geo-tagging by connecting to the phone app just doesn't work reliably. PLEASE Panasonic bring back the GPS to the TZ series

I love my new camera
I got this camera as a present and it's great! With two kids, I needed something small but powerful. With 4K modes I can get perfect shots of my kids runing around! The intelligent auto mode works nicely. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful small camera with good zoom and 4K. :-)

Great travel camera
Bought this camera for a recent overseas trip and wasn't disappointed. Although I'm only a novice photographer but had no problems using and my friends and family were impressed with my my shots.

I found it a little disappointing
I own the Australian TZ60 (whatever it's called elsewhere in the world) and love it and use it for travel. The TZ60 has a wider lens and a longer zoom than the TZ110. Nevertheless, I figured the better sensor and added new features (such as the 4K modes, etc.) would make the TZ110 a good upgrade for my next holiday. I also own a decent DSLR, but prefer not to travel with it (bulk and having to swap lenses and all), so want a flexible and high quality travel compact. The Lumix range has always had a good rep and my experience with the '60 has confirmed that. Sadly, I am underwhelmed by the TZ110 in comparison. The supposed better sensor makes little difference to the image quality (that I can detect) and the limited zoom range is disappointing. However, I am sure the new 4K photography modes will be useful in some circumstances and the lack of GPS is of no concern to me (because I never used it on the '60 - nor EVER on my phone - anyway). Despite all the above, it's not really a complaint, as both cameras are good, but the '60 is more compact and has a better zoom range (but fewer features), rendering the "upgrade" to the '110 just a sideways step for me. I would still highly recommend this camera to anyone who does not already have a previous model Lumix TX series, but would tell them to also check the equivalent longer zoom model/s to see if they may suit them better.

I would think twice about buying the DMC-TZ110
For a travel camera the TZ110 has no GPS!!!!!!! You need to use your smartphone (if you have one) and Panasonic's Image App and configure it from that - if it works! I upgraded to this camera last week, from my TZ60 - still, by far, the better of the two. The GPS function is most important when travelling, and this camera is promoted as a travel camera!!! The battery is worse than the TZ60. I doubt if it would take 300 photos, so get a spare if you buy this camera. I will be reverting to my well used TZ60 when I next travel. The TZ110 is not a bar above that, in fact worse, including the lack of zoom power. The only good thing it has is the Burst function, one of the reasons I bought it, for fast moving objects, something lacking on the TZ60. The Post Focus is a nuisance. I turned it off. The only good thing about it is, like my TZ60, it's compact and easy to use, although you have to read and re-read the manual several times to figure out where everything is - and I do like the touch screen. Like the TZ60, the screen blacks out in sunny conditions, but the viewfinder then becomes handy, another reason to buy it. Work is still needed on this camera. It will fit into a handbag, pocket, bumbag, small rucksack, easily and it's not heavy and does take a good photo when in auto mode. But please, bring back the GPS. When you are on the move, you need it and I can't understand why Panasonic removed it from a 'travel camera'. Stupid idea - and I am already sorry I spent good money in buying it.

I love a sunburnt country from
I wouldn't take this camera camping with me again.
I have loved the zoom and photo quality. However the camera has had a short life due to the zoom jamming, possibly due to dust. There was no solution to the "System Error (Zoom)"" message. Very disappointing, particularly as I was travelling at the time.
