Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very inconsistent. I bought this product 3 months ago and am sorry I did. On numerous occasions the camera will not pick up the arrival of a person but will when they leave. The camera did not acknowledge my arrival two days ago and last night recorded me leaving the house but not when I returned after a few minutes. Obviously not sure when it has not picked up someone coming and going. We purchased the camera so we could keep an eye on our property. We are not there all the time but a couple of out children call in regularly for various reasons. I am sorry I purchased the camera in the first place and will not be wasting more money on an ongoing basis.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Satisfied - but only just we purchased the Arlo products as they had great reviews, but I have to say friends have a different brand and appear to have a far better outcome. The night vision option doesn't actually provide any better view than the normal vision option once the sun goes down. There is a lag (1-2 minutes) whereas other products seem to operate in realtime. The setup functions for motion detection doesn't seem to work effectively. We receive constant notifications for movement (vehicle street traffic) which is outside the range of the configured range, but sketchy results with people and vehicle movements within the target area.

The quality is excellent, but the sensitivity of movement is just too high and the camera was recording every blow of wind all day long, I’d end up with 50 recordings a day and a battery that would only last two weeks. I tried changing the motion sensitivity but a) it didn’t make a difference and b) it would reset the sensitivity itself every single day and not stay at the setting I put it on. The live recording is also delayed long enough to defeat the purpose of being live

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product but no storage without an Arlo hub. This is a great value camera if you already have an Arlo hub. Without the hub you can only view events happening in real-time and not able to back up incidents unless you pay for an Arlo storage plan. I have an Arlo hub so it isn't an issue for me. Battery life so far is great and looks like it will last the advertised 6 months between charging and maybe even more. I added this camera for our front door as it has a built-in spotlight which works well. The Arlo app is fine but I choose to use the Apple Home app which is great for what we need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing I brought this product a few weeks ago and am underwhelmed by its results so far. The wifi connection keeps dropping out; even though I have placed the cameras in good wifi signal areas (indicated by medium to high signal strength when they are connected), which appears to also drain the battery a lot faster than advertised. All cameras have had to be recharged at least once since we got them; (albeit they were at the 2/3rd full level when first connected). For the price point and other online reviews I expected better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will need to return to store Brought this a couple of months ago and within a couple of weeks I had already charged one of the cameras twice. I have since given up and plan on returning it as soon as the current lockdown lifts. Also, I feel like it wasn't clearly stated that you were bound to pay monthly fees for the app forever. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known. Sorry, the whole experience has been a letdown. I am sure other people have had a great experience, just not us unfortunately.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh!! Delay in footage due to connection to the Arlo server. Battery only last 3 weeks on best video quality mode and spotlight brightness at 100%. They don't tell you that in the ads Easy to connect the camera to the mount. Easy install / connection Check your WIFI range prior to buying or you'll most likely need a stronger router. Activity zones appear pointless. Camera's pickup every that moves outside of these zones regardless :/ Super annoying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Setup is easy enough but thought it came with magnetic stands, must be the more expensive ones (like these aren't expensive enough), but overall good quality. I can ask my android tv or Google nest hub to show me each camera and it works well. Just had to setup a mesh network to get the best wifi signal coverage. The are really good, I might use another one for the front door instead of the video doorbell that really doesn't know how to function!

Our team is able to perform the setting up of the camera and hub system on site, however, they are not able to physically install these, this would be the responsibility of the customer. The set-up would also be subject to additional cost at the stores discretion.
