Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't function as intended I bought this about three months ago and have been testing it ever since. Set up wasn't easy but I managed to get through that part eventually. So I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't work....at all! I tried it in three different locations just to make sure it wasn't a range issue, and sure enough at each of the power points I plugged it into (well within range of the modem), it simply failed to extend the range at all. I'll be perfectly clear on this; it didn't work. $84 down the drain. Do your research and buy a range extender from a reputable electronics company and read the reviews before you buy, it'll save you a whole lot of grief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy customer I have a TP-Link router which was perfect at my previous house. I am in a much larger home now and wi-fi signal is a little weak in my study. I was recommended this extender as best value for money. I am extremely pleased with the result. You would have to be a dummy not to be able to set it up as it is so simple. Strong wi-fi now in my study. Thank you
