Extremely poorJust purchased this 2 days ago and installed the fitbit app to sync with the scale, my profile was added successfully and when my husband tried adding his profile, the app couldn’t find it although it was turned on and already connected to our home wifi.. he had to reinstall the app and restart the device... and after all my profile and readings were all deleted without any confirmation.. now I’m trying to sync my profile and it keeps failing.. the scale just shows the fitbit website link and the app shows “connecting to your Aria 2.” And now when i weigh myself it automatically adds the reading to my husband’s profile, doesn’t even ask if it’s his or a guest.. so messed up.
I’d never recommend anyone to buy it!

Dont buyPaid top dollar expecting to get the best scales This was not the case! worked well for 6months but then had a bluetooth syncing problem which runs until it drains the battery or you restart the scale. A quick google search & found that there are many others with the exact same problem!

Excellent productBought this a few weeks ago and love that it syncs directly to my Fitbit app no more manual entry of weight.
Scales are accurate also.

Fitbit Aria AirIt looks good and I had no issues setting it up or syncing it. The item was on sale but still expensive- I was a bit disappointed to see from the label that not much was taken off the original price despite being advertised as a ‘hot price’. I also felt that I paid too much for what I got. It’s kind of annoying that everyone in the family would have to have Fitbits to get full use of it too. It does work fine so far though.

Missing informationI used your click and collect service which worked very well, there was only one draw back - I had to return the scales as there was advice on the box not visible on the web site that made them unwise to use. "Don't use with a pacemaker". I've had Aria scales before and I love how easy they are to use. Setting up is a bit complex, but once done you never haver to remebr that number on the scales again.

I like itI had trouble getting it setup because I am not that great at setting up anything but I persevered and it is great I was a guest for a while
Follow the symbols on the scales and get on
Let it think then when the footsteps tell you get off and then it does it’s thing Simple Now!!
But now it great and the info goes to the fitbit and the app

GreatSuch a great tool. The price is quite high for a set of scales but for me already having a Fitbit it’s just made my weight loss journey so much easier that it straight away can inputs the information into my phone and you’re able to track how you’re going.

I see after purchase it has been discontinued and i then i did some research seems the " fat % is out. And ppl arent happy.
