Contactless Delivery

During Alert Level 2 we will be continuing to offer contactless deliveries.

For smaller items delivered by courier, drivers will not be taking signatures, but will need to confirm the recipient is at the address before delivering the item.

For larger items, our local Harvey Norman stores will work with each customer to ensure their delivery needs are met in a safe and contactless way.

  • If you are able to move the product into your home without assistance; this will mean the item will be delivered outside your home, for you to take inside when our driver has stepped away from the item and is back in their vehicle.
  • If you are unable to move the product into your home without assistance; we will be able to bring this inside for you and will work with each of our customers to ensure social distancing and safety guidelines are being met.

Small items are currently experiencing a longer delivery timeframe than normal due to significant increase in parcel volumes across the courier network. Please allow approximately 4-6 working days for delivery of these items.

When will stores re-open?

Our stores will be open across the country from Thursday, 14th May.

Can I pick my order up from the store?

During Alert Level 2, our stores will be open and offering both In-Store or Contactless Click & Click,

Your selected store will let you know when your item is ready for collection, and provide the address for our store or warehouse for you to collect from. There will be a link in your email to let us know when you are on your way and whether you would prefer to pick up within the store/warehouse or if you would like your item brought out to your car. If you would like your item brought out to your car, we ask you remain in your vehicle and click the link to let us know you have arrived. Our staff will bring your order out to you and either place it in your vehicle or just outside your vehicle for you to pick up when the staff member has stepped away.

Can I get my order delivered?

During Alert Level 2, we will be continuing to offer most of our range for Contactless Delivery.

For smaller items delivered by courier; delivery drivers will not be taking signatures, but will need to confirm the recipient is at the address before delivering the item.

For larger items, our local Harvey Norman store team will work with each customer to ensure their delivery needs are met in a safe and contactless way.

When will I receive my order?

From Alert Level 2, we will be able to supply items from our entire range, either by Home Delivery or Click & Collect – both available Contactless if preferred.

For in-stock items, this normally means your order will be ready within a few business hours (please allow approximately 4-6 days for delivery of small items). For items not in stock, or made to order, your local store will be in contact with you to confirm timeframe as quickly as we can.

What about the order I placed before the lockdown?

If you have not received your shipping or pickup notification, please Contact Us to request an update.
Some items we may have been unable to supply during Alert Levels 3 & 4, and will get these out as soon as supply chains are fully operational.

How long will delivery take?

In-stock items are normally available for collection or delivery within a few hours of placing your order. Please be aware that while we are doing everything we can to ensure fast delivery of your order, increased parcel volumes across the nationwide courier network are causing some delays. Please allow approximately 4-6 days for delivery of small items.

Large in-stock items are supplied by your local Harvey Norman store, and we are currently experiencing delivery times of 1-2 days to most areas.

For items not in-stock, we will be making every effort to get these from supplier or another store, as quickly as possible and will be in touch to confirm timeframes as soon as we can.

I have received my item but it is damaged or not working properly, what do I do?

If you believe your item is damaged or not working as it should be and you know the store that dispatched your order, please contact them directly. If you are not sure what store the item came from, Contact Us for assistance.
