Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fairly Expensive Fridge plastic shelves break Bought this fridge and within 2 years the tiny door shelf that cannot carry large bottles broke without reason. The warranty hadn't expired. I called Samsung to complain and get a replacement, then i had to call them back to find out what was getting done, i waited for their call back and still nothing, I had to call them back again several weeks later and by this time it was obvious they were dodging the responsibility to replace a small item in a $4000 appliance. I had to call a further time and be given the same explanation that i would be called with 24-48hrs and the call was never made by Samsung customer service. Door money a favour and by another brand these guys don't deserve your dollars

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ice frost builds up in Icemaker clogging it Samsung replaced the first fridge after two services made on the Icemaker (just before the 2 year warranty was up) because it builds up with frost and causes the ice to be soft and clogs the ice maker. Eventually it won't work because of substantial frost and causes it to drip. At about the two year mark, the ice maker on the second fridge started to build up frost again and I have tried to defrost it over a day a number of times. However the issue keeps coming back after about just over a couple of weeks. Seems from the reviews here that this is a problem that Samsung has not solved with this fridge so not really recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ice maker freezing over every few weeks! Brought this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. For the last 3 months the ice maker has been freezing over and not producing ice. I have to turn the fridge off for about 10 hours and wait for the build up of ice to melt from the top of the ice maker and then start the whole process of using ice for the first time again. Not really good enough for a fridge this expensive. I wouldn’t recommend or buy another Samsung fridge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the shelving Very happy with size and shelving options in the fridge as well as the freezer having pull out shelves and draws. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the hand/fingerprints on the doors. Just means we have to wipe it down a bit more, but other than that love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Icemaker has a major fault We have had the icemaker replaced twice and it is now broken a 3rd time. The fridge is less than 12 months old. The technician told us it is a common fault with this model. The motor in the icemaker isn't strong enough. Would not recommend this fridge - product is faulty (probably shouldn't be sold as a fridge with an icemaker).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Purchased this fridge 18 months ago and that’s all it lasted as it has a major gas leak . It takes a week for Samsung to look at it and the repairer said it’s a know fault so we are able to get a new fridge but wait another week and still nothing so I’ve applied for a full refund .do yourselves a favour and save your money .
