Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cups but Harvey N let me down These glass doubled walled coffee cups are stylish. However when Harvey Norman delivered these they just stuck a courier label on the outside of the thin cardboard box that the cups came in and couriered these to us. I was horrified as there was no extra packaging...no bubble wrap, no fragile label nor anything that would cushion these GLASS cups from breaking. The cardboard box that the glasses came in was very flimsy and thin and actually had come open when it was just placed in our letterbox by the courier. Just to reiterate; there was no extra seal, nor tape, nor wrap nor bubble wrap! Luckily they did not break but they are quite fragile as I was replacing two that I myself had dropped on our stone bench top. Harvey Norman PLEASE wrap and package fragile goods with better care.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the right size We had 2 of these when we first purchased the delonghi Barista machine. They were dropped on tiles and broke. Loved them so much had to buy 6 more. Great double wall keeps coffee hot but you can still hold the glass Better than a regular cup.
