Rated 3 out of 5 by from Important bug made me give 3 stars instead of 5 Had this Tv for a couple of days. It's an upgrade I decided to do from a 5yo HD TV from another brand. I am impressed by it. Have watched some 4k stuff and the image on this TV is great! Only that I can not access the settings because of a bug in the system (as soon as I enter settings, every button in the remote starts acting as the "Ok" button). For this reason, I couldn't configure TV channels yet, so I have a great netflix screen, but no TV. I am sure you will fix this bug soon... only that, as I can not enter settings, I can not upgrade the firmware (which was the first thing I did when I bought it).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product was alright I purchased this TV only a month ago and half way watching TV, it turned off out of nowhere. I thought it was the power socket so I unplugged and waited for 2 minutes and plugged it back in. Still no power and red light from the TV.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great TV but an annoying issue keeps occurring. The audio output randomly switches to headphones. I've reset it back to the factory settings and made sure the software is up to date but it still happens several times a day. Several weeks ago I wondered if the switch inside the headphone jack was faulty, so I plugged some headphones into it and then disconnected them. After this, the TV was fine for 2 or 3 weeks but now the problem has recurred. The last couple of times I've tried the same trick, the TV switches back to speaker for a few seconds, but then switches back to headphones. Changing the audio output in the settings seems to work for longer than plugging a jack into the headphone socket. The TV is still under warranty but I'd love to know if this is a known issue and whether there's an easy way to resolve it. I'm not on Twitter or Facebook. Other than this, it's a great TV.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate it Bought this Philips 58 inch today. I want to smash it. FON, what ever it is, keeps coming on the screen and blocking everything. I have to turn it off to change channels, but when I change again, FON comes on the screen. What is FON? I need help before I go mad...

But this is the first time I purchased Philips TV and it leaves me with disappointment. After few days, the TV activates to headphone mode by itself so the TV got no sound even there is nothing plugged in. I have just contacted for warranty but I don’t think this TV will last like my other TVs
