Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointing. Different from what we tried. Seriously, they need to recall and stop selling this product. We have been having this poor made product for only 3 months and since the first day the comfort level is totally different from what we tried on the show room. The overall product shows not enough foam. it results in the footrest , arm rest collapse, and no support at the back. Product has nominated whatever years foam warranty, however, manufacturer feedback saying this is due to "normal use" therefore HN is not likely to have any action on anything. How can that be a normal use for an almost new product ? I can't imaging the longer i am having it how worst it gets. Very disappointing as we first time buying their furniture, and i am unlikely going to buy from them again.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
