Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of Dropouts in sound Sound is great. It seemed to work very well in the beginning. But I noticed dropouts, 2-3 second blanks in sound every 15 seconds or so in below cases : 1. While using it with my iPad, the songs started to dropout if I went more than 10feet from the iPad. 2. While watching a movie in Macbook pro in VLC player, the voice started dropping again every 15 seconds or so. This time I was sitting just 1 feet from my macbook. I just want to make sure I haven't got a defective product. I always looked up to owning a Bose product and thought they are perfect. But now I seem to have doubts in Bose quality. Please resolve the issue with my Headphone..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sounds great, but frequent skips I bought these 2 weeks ago. The music quality is great. The headphones are light and I can wear them all day. There's more noise elimination than I expected, which is nice in a busy office. But unfortunately, using them with my Macbook Pro, I'm hearing skips in the audio every 10 to 20 seconds. It's worse as the office gets more crowded, leading me to think it's something about the number of bluetooth devices around. Oddly, when I walk away from my desk and laptop, it gets better. I'm still debating whether to return them. I love them, but other reviewers say there's no fix for this problem and other bluetooth headphones do not have the same problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing headphones! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research before choosing this product, and I'm so happy I did. These headphones are comfortable, and they give a very balanced sound quality. There is virtually no noise bleed, and they block a lot of ambient noise even without noise cancellation. I would definitely buy it again. If you are choosing between different headsets, I would strongly recommend these. They connect to devices effortlessly, andthey seem very durable. The soft case they come in protects well. The design if the product is breathtaking. All in all, I have fallen in love with these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Bomb This is my first pair of wireless headphones. My fiancée gifted these bad boys to me as my birthday present & let me tell you something, I fell in LOVE. The weight, looks, durability and let's not forget, the sound quality, are all off charts. Setting them up was easy, right out of the box. I paired them with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ & used them for about 2 continuous hours. After seeing me use them for a long period of time, my fiancée decided to try them & fell in love as well. I would definitely recommend these to anybody looking to invest in a great product such as this one. SoundLink around-ear wireless headphones II are a solid piece of technology.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless microphone, great for listening Got these specifically to use for wireless video calls on my Mac or iPhone and to also listen to music whilst I worked. The music sounds great but unusable for calls. Every video call I have people complain that I sound terrible and that they can’t hear me properly. Sounds all crackled apparently so I have to turn them off and use my old wired headphones instead which defeats the purpose of having them. If you don’t want to make calls on them, then they’re great but if you do then I definitely recommend looking elsewhere as the microphone is unusable. I’m going to see if I can return them as it’s a lot of money for half a product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well but begins to break down after a year. I received my headphones about a year and a half ago as a Christmas present. They are easy to use and produce high quality sound. Unfortunately right as your 1 year warranty expires the headphones begin to break down. The blue rubber coating on the headphones separates from the plastic body and the volume buttons begin to break. On my set I can no longer increase the volume through the headphones which is a problem since there is an internal volume setting on the headphone which I can no longer adjust. If you are prepared to replace your headphones every 9 months these are a good option however if you want them to last longer I suggest you look elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Investment. Worth every penny. This is my first pair of Bose headphones, and the only thing I keep asking myself about this purchase is why I didn't do it sooner. The sound is crisp, good bass, very clear, and great volume levels. The fact that they're wireless and are still able to produce such quality sound is amazing. Comfort wise: I usually go hours a day and they still feel very comfortable, light, and pretty well balanced on your head. Taking calls is pretty sweet too, especially not having to take off my headphones in order to answer the phone. Would I improve anything? I wouldn't improve anything but I would add noise-cancellation feature on the next version.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No sound with audio cable These were the best Christmas present until they quit working. I got these for Christmas (2015) and I used them every day. During work hours I plug them into my computer and when I'm out and about I use the bluetooth. They were absolutely perfect when suddenly the sound became warbled with the audio cable. It sounded like speakers had blown out. I bought another audio cable thinking that might be the issue but that didn't help. I can't sync them with my work computer and the main reason I specifically requested these headphone as a gift was for the dual function of audio cable and wireless. Poor quality Bose. I expected more from you.
