Rated 5 out of 5 by from First JBL Headphones I used JBL speakers with a DJ Company, when I was younger, so i knew the brand. Spent 60 got a middle of the road pair (price wise). Let them fully charge and I used them for around 48 hours. this is the first pair to go beyond 6 hrs. never mind 2 days . I've given these things a ride so far. They're summer resistant, I sweat on them i can just wipe them off no problem. My only complaint is: It came with a wire to use (when Bluetooth isn't on), it doesn't work well. Only one side works with the wire with Bluetooth they work fine. Loud bass, clear treble, drums sound crisp. This is the most expensive pair of headphones i bought but they're worth the money. Once you hear this vs your old ones you wont want to go back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound quality and LONG battery life! Went for these as needed a wireless headphone set for around the house and these were a great price in the outlet. Arrived quickly and fully charged straight out of the box. Connects quickly and easily to devices. With previous headphones connected to my TV the sound quality was never great and always had a big pitch noise in the background. Not with the JBL Tune though really good sound quality when connected to the TV. Comfy to wear over long periods and the battery life seems to last forever have used for a few days now and they still don’t need charging. Fold for easy storage, would have been a bonus to have a carry bag supplied with them. Overall amazing value for money and good quality headphones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bluetooth Issue The product is good. The sound is good. It is a nice, comfortable, over-the-ear headphone. The only problem is the BT connection. It does not keep a solid connection while multitasking on my laptop. Whenever I play music on my laptop while trying to do other things on it, the headphones crack and pop until the connection is stable again (but it never gets stable unless I only focus on one thing). I bought these to use with my laptop and the performance of the BT while multitasking is not able to handle it. Other than that, the product is solid. I will be returning these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great headphone for music! Not that good for calls I bought this a week back to gift my boyfriend. The design is great and attractive. The sound quality is definitely worth the cost and it considerably isolates outside noise when you are using the headphones. But the mic isn't that good when you are on a call. The receiver hears almost all the noises around you when you use the headphones to speak on calls. Its a great one to buy if you are just going to use it to listen to music or watch videos. But if you'd like to stay on long calls, this might not be the best wireless headphones for that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great price, good quality sound. Great price. Good quality sound. Bought these to replace my JBL E45’s which I’ve had for maybe 4 years or so. Heavier than that set. And the battery life also seems poorer. These 700’s are over-ear, but I guess I have big ol ears because after about an hour or so of wear the pressure starts to hurt a bit. Maybe after a few months of wear the foam will conform to my head/ear shape. I like my 45’s a bit better because they’re much lighter, but these 700’s are still overall a good product. Would recommend. JBL’s make good quality sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Set of Headphones (Read review) Although I had to wait a long time for these to arrive due to the border restrictions, I can say that when they arrived and I put them to use, these are an excellent pair of headphones. The other reviews stating that these are an average pair of headphones, I do not agree with. Wireless connectivity offers great sound and they are easy to connect. Using it wired, takes the experience to the next step, as tuning the equalizer settings to your liking will truly unleash the sound you have been wanting to hear! They are comfortable to wear. Having the volume set at a reasonable volume will block out most outside noise, keeping you in the zone! All in all, I am pleased with my purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Investment! Have been enjoying these over-ear headphones for a couple of weeks. Easy to pair with devices and makes walking/working/cooking/cleaning around the house while listening to music, podcasts, YouTube very convenient. Good audio quality and excellent battery life. I initially bought these for my eldest son, 11, who's constantly on the iPad listening to music, watching YouTube, and looking up memes. He loves it! It influenced me to buy a pair for my youngest son, 7, (he uses it while traveling in the car) and usually complains about wearing headphones because he says it hurts his ears, but not these! Even hubby and I share a pair, too. It's safe to say that our whole family loves these headphones! Superncomfh too

Great headphones, I've had them for about a month, but suddenly they won't charge. I've tried multiple micro-USBs, concerned that it might be the port on the device. Any suggestions?

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please try to wiggle the cable, wiggling the connection restores charging power. Also, make sure that the charging ports are free from dust and dirt that may have caused the power not to be direct to the battery.​ Lastly, you may use other power adapters from devices like phones, tablets that have USB for charging. Our JBL Tune 700BT has a battery LED indicator beside the charging port. The LED will light up red when the headphones is low on battery.

Is the usb of the charger supposed to be hollow? If so, where does it connect to charge?

Our JBL Tune 700BT uses a regular micro USB cable. One end is a USB Type-A that goes to a USB power adapter, and the other end is a micro USB that goes to the headphones. Hi, each time I use the headphones via bluetooth during a 'zoom' meeting, I am getting an interference where I cannot hear properly anymore/cannot follow the meeting anymore. The same during 'teams'. tx for your help

Hello, I recently bought this headset. It's been working great so far but I'm not sure how the microphone works. I'm planning to use it for online school, and this is the most expensive headset I have ever bought. I hope I didn't waste my money.

Hi, Don't worry - I have also just bought these headphones and can confirm it has a microphone. I tried a Skype test call having paired the 'phones with my phone, left the phone in one corner of the room and wandered slowly away, talking all the time, to make sure the microphone being used was indeed the one on the JBL's. Consistent volume of my voice during replay proved there was a microphone in the JBL's that was being used.. It's not on a stalk like you would see contact centre staff using, but it's there somewhere ! Obviously, as it's not on a stalk, a little more background noise would be picked up as it's got to pick up your voice from the side of your head rather than right in from of your mouth.
