Many of SodaStream’s consumable packages are completely recyclable, once they’ve outlived their useful lives. Remember that carbonating bottles are reusable up to 3 years before they need to be replaced.

Great looking compact unit
Delighted with the sleek look of the black Soda Stream. I had a base model unit many years ago, and this one is definitely looks much more sophisticated! Doesn't take up too much room on the bench, and looks stylish enough to keep our permanently. The only negative for me - it's quite flimsy plastic, and every time I use it, I'm scared I'm going to break it (eg. locking/detaching the bottle!). Hopefully it holds up ok? Still trying to master the amount of fizz to apply to the water, but that's a personal taste matter, and nothing to do with the performance of the machine.

Soda stream
Bought this a month ago for a gift having purchased a more expensive model for myself. Recipient loves it. Gets used every day. Highly recommend it. Really don’t need to pay for the more expensive ones. Sits compact on bench.

Great way to reduce plastic bottle waste
I bought this primarily to reduce the number of plastic bottles gong into my recycling bin. This product is great for making carbonated water. Easy to use.

Works but very wet
It works well and we get really fizzy water BUT it does often splash water out when we turn it on and we can't seem to figure out how to get it to stop. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it's a wet experience to use it!
