This is the first time I am buying Panasonic rice cooker from New Zealand. My previous experience from overseas was good. Who to blame : the manufacturer or the supplier?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Quality I bought this rice cooker last year for back up my other rice cooker from Harvey Norman, Mt. Wellington branch. Now after used last 2 months for everyday use , the rice become dry at the bottom after cooked in 2 hours. Very Bad Quality this model.This is the first time I am buying Panasonic rice cooker from New Zealand. My previous experience from overseas Panasonic is very good.

It is easy to use, quick cook and especially the rice cooked from it more delicious than the other one (trust me, our family members all thought same). Do not waste your money to buy the cheap one, buy the good one...cheer...
