Here’s what we’re doing to keep you safe:

Physical Distancing
  • Maintain at least 2 meters between yourself, and anyone outside your bubble.
  • Perspex barriers are in place at our cashiers desk and PPE may be worn by our team for their safety.
Personal Hygiene
  • Sanitiser is available for staff and customers.
Contactless Services
  • We encourage customers to utilise Paywave, Online Purchasing, Contactless Click & Collect, Contactless Delivery – and you can also request that your receipt is sent by email!
Enhanced Cleaning and Hygiene Practices
  • We will be cleaning frequently touched objects, including Eftpos machines, phones and benches, every 2 hours.
Enhanced Operating Procedures
  • We will have some specific processes and requirements, such as asking you to clean items you are bringing in for repair, or when testing out products on display in our stores.
Restricted Numbers
  • Numbers of people in busy areas may be restricted to maintain social distancing.
Contact Tracing
  • We will be contact tracing our team, deliveries and pickups by contractors, and suppliers coming on to the premises. Customers will not be required to provide details for contact tracing.

At all times we ask our customers to follow the instructions of our staff.
