Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like these a lot but a few suggestions to make them better. 1. The instructions are not clear. They need words. I don't understand the pictures even when they are on my ears. 2. The power off is enough to drive you crazy... as was pointed out by someone else, while driving they just power off and you have to rip them off and put them back on in order to make them work again - there has to be a better way. 3. One size smaller on the rubber ear pieces, I love that these stay in no matter what -- they really do work - but if I wear them too long, my ears get sore.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted these to be it I have tried to use the endurance jump headphones for a week (5 runs). I have the same problem that I have seen on some of the reviews here, they just will not stay in while running. I have tried all the different cups, and even a set of cups I know fit because they were on my old headset for 2 years before they died. I wanted to like these and need a set of running headphones but, without fail, after the first mile they fall out. My ears end up being really tender after repeatedly trying to get them "twisted" in after the first fall out, and if I do get them back in they stay put for maybe 30 seconds. I love the quality and price of JBL products, but these just don't work for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another sports headphone that will not stay in the When I saw the JBL Endurance JUMP for the first time, I thought that JBL had cracked it. All runners want is a headphone that sounds great, and that you don’t have to fiddle with. This is not the case with the Endurance JUMP. They have a twist fit feature, which is suppose to seal the ear canal and keep the earphone in place. However, once I run for 10 minutes the earphones start to loose the bass response as they start to fall out of the ear canal. By the end of the run my ears were soar, as I had to keep twisting the earphone in place. Very disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst connectivity and sound quality I was so excited when I first got my pair of headphones but quickly turn into frustration. They are complicated to operate. Not to mention their instructions are more complicated than the operating system itself. The sound quality is just okay, I guess fair for the low price. It is a hassle to keep them connected to your devices or simply keep them on (turn off automatically all the time)....JBL tried to make them so sophisticated that sacrificed practicality and simplicity If you want to avoid frustration, please stay away from this pair of headphones

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fitting is taking a little time ! Still trying hard to figure these out but first time with over the ears headphones! Don’t expect Jaybird Run quality either in build or music but note these are far cheaper. They DO give a sense of immediacy which other earphones lack. Sadly the great range of colours available in the States isn’t available over here I the UK. I love red or orange but had to settle for a very grim black with a meger dash of pale yellow which borders on white. They do seem to stay on. My advice, wait for the US models to arrive & prefereably an updated edition. Do not be prepared for the super sound and build of normal JBL & Harman speakers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality, fatal control. Quality, sound and function turn off, battery, ergonomics. Hilarious JBL. The function of tactile handling, contact with water or sweat or afterwards totally spoils the pleasure of action. I have the impression that JBL has never tested it in practice. When I run in the morning or in a light rain, or with a hat on my head, moisture causes constant switching or stopping of the music. Answering a phone in such conditions quite nightmarish. JBL. Improve it immediately.

I'm having sound level issues with the left being louder then the right. If if move the ear piece around it gets louder and/or softer. is this s firmware issue? Thanks

I have also been experiencing this issue. They were perfect for month and now I almost have to jam them into my ears and hold them to get proper volume (even at max volume). I bought a pack of different ear tips and am still having the issue every single time. I would recommend trying different tips first, but I am going to have to contact JBL about mine. It is disappointing because I do love these headphones - when I can hear out of them.
