[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these headphones for m son because he was always having issues with the cords from his other pair of wired children headphones. After the first day of use, I asked my son if he still wanted his old headphones and her replied "Not unless I lose my new ones!" Sound quality is also the best I have heard in children's over the ear headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Choice for Kids Headphones! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are a great choice for kids! The all-plastic construction is lightweight but feels durable. The sound quality is great, which is to be expected from JBL. Volume is controlled and limited for keeping young ears healthy and safe! One minor complaint is that these headphones don’t have a 2.5 or 3.5mm input to use the headphones wired. Most of my 7 year old son’s devices are unfortunately not Bluetooth enabled, so he is not able to use them as much as he’d like. They also came with stickers to decorate the headphones which is pretty cool. My son really dug that and had them all decorated the way he liked. Altogether, a pretty great choice for a kid’s first Bluetooth headphone. My son loves them and uses them daily to watch movies and listen to his favorite songs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids! Soft head piece and not tight on the kids heads like some cheaper models. Soft ear pieces, quality sound and volume control. Wireless makes it extremely convenient. Kids really enjoy using them and prefer over other models we have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great ideas poorly executed. I love the features on the headphones, wireless so you have no worry of wires getting caught up. The way they fold up compactly. The sound limiting. The hidden charging hole. Unfortunately the build quality is not up to the same standard. I purchased them in July 2018 within 6 months they had stopped working. I contacted customer services and I cannot fault them I received a new set. Less than 6 months later the second set stopped working. Contacted customer services and again sent back for inspection and received a new set. This 3rd set lasted a bit longer at 9 months but was obviously out of warranty so didn’t bother contacting JBL. I purchased myself some wireless headphones at the same time as purchasing these for my son (not JBL) at half the cost and those are still going strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Set of Kids Headphones [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got a pair of these JBL bluetooth head phones for my 6 year old son. He had a been using an adult pair of Beats but some how lost them. These headphones have made him forget all about his lost pair. These fit is head wonderfully as they are smaller and lighter than headphones made for adults. The simplicity of these bluetooth headphones has allowed him the freedom to manage the power. With only two buttons on the headphones he only has to worry about using the power button. The second button is the bluetooth button and is used to pair to devices. He has these headphones paired to his iPad and to my phone. The apple products display the headphones and battery life at the top of his iPad so he gets to monitor the battery level and knows when a charge is required. There are some sheets of stickers that come with the headphones allowing your child to customize or decorate their headphones if they so desire. My son has used them yet, but I threw out the idea of him putting his initials and possibly his hockey jersey number.

Hi, When I plug in the headphones to charge, nothing is happening.

Mine is the same after one month of use. No charging and its not the cords. Tried different usb cords and outlets. Light comes on when in charger then just goes out right away.

My Apple TV is saying I have to update the software on these earphones to allow shared audio with two sets of these earphones? Is there an update available?

For our JR300BT has no firmware update available and are only able to connect with one headphones at a time.

Having trouble pairing these with my son’s kindle fire. It’s not seeing the headphones. The Bluetooth pairing light is flashing on the headphones but the kindle doesn’t show them in its list of available devices.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas & the headphones do not stay connected as Bluetooth - they connect for about 30-60 seconds & then disconnect.  Any suggestions?

Can you connect with a wire? Or is it just bluetooth?

I have the headphones for one week. I have tried them in a couple of laptops. They start fine but then after some time, the sound comes as a robotic voice. Is this a general solvable issue or is it that my set is just faulty?

We can only hear out of the right side of the headphones. I have tried to disconnect it, shut if off, and try to reconnect the headphones but they still do not work. We've had these for less than a year, is there a way to get these replaced?
