Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best alternative to a AirPods Pro!! Just got them about 2 weeks ago, and I am really impressed with these earbuds. About the half the cost of Airpods Pros, you are getting just as good as Airpods. I have actually compared the both listening side to side. Acutally, jbl 220 tws sounded better in some classical and jazz music!! Bass is not thumping sound but true honest bass and mid and high tones are perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a affordable, compact and high quality sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long wear, stay put, great sound I work 40+ hrs/week as a seamstress, so finding wireless earbuds that were comfortable and had a long charge was my priority. With one earbud in, the charge lasts up to 4 hours and is able to charge back up to 90% during my 30 min lunch break just in the case. Very little discomfort for wearing them for as long as I do, just a slight sore spot after about 2 weeks of full time use, felt fine after the weekend! I also dance in my free time, and sometimes wear earbuds. Even dancing doesnt make them fall out! Sound quality is great! Only complaint is that figuring out what the controls are is confusing, I wish there was more instruction. Really happy with these overall :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp Bassey Sound I recently brought the JBL TUNE 220TWS and the sound quality is awesome! Very clear crisp sound with full bass. Very well done JBL. Are they better than standard Airpods? The music sound and call quality in my opinion is significantly better, and for 33% less in price, you can't go wrong. JBL, as with other headphones I have purchased from them, they are always the business end of brilliant sound and function. They get the job done with superior sound and great style! 100% recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little earphones I’ve been using these for over a week now and have to say I am loving them. The sound quality is excellent not too much bass. I love the shape of them, they are so comfortable when in your ear so much as you can actually forget you’ve got them in, they don’t feel as though they are going to fall out like other wireless earphones I’ve had. The case is well built and small enough to carry with you in a bag etc and it does charge them quite fast, also the case holds 3 full charges for the earphones so you don’t have to plug them in every time they run out. The lights on the case is a handy little feature so you can see how much they’re charged. All in all I would definitely recommend these earphones and have already told family members about them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase ever Battery lasts about 3 hours on the headset, takes about an hour to recharge in the box, and then you’re good to go again. Great audio, microphone works perfectly for calls. Buttons on the earbuds are natural feeling. I wear these all day at work, and am still able to hear customers when I turn the volume way down so that I can jam and function. They don’t fall out of your ears easily, and are comfortable. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fab earbuds! Straight out of the box, the headphones needed a quick charge, so about an hour later they were ready for Bluetooth 5 pairing. This was a straightforward process that went without any problems. While being worn, they can be turned off by holding the button in on each side, but it’s much easier to simply place them back in the charging pod, where they turn themselves off. This also means that they are charged up ready for the next session. The charging pod holds a 16 hour power reserve, and has to be connected to a usb port via a cable, it doesn’t charge wirelessly. There’s no faffing when plugging the pod into power, the usb plug works either way up. Each super comfortable earbud lasts for about 3 hours from charged, and they sound great. The bass is slightly boosted, but it’s not over done, easily living up to the claim of “True Bass”. Mids and treble sound amazing, crisp and clear. Quality depends on the source, but these are truly excellent for the price.

At first, the battery life of the earbuds and case were as specified. After two months the battery life significantly decreased, I can only use the earbuds for 1 hour with full charge. Putting it in the case drains both the battery and the case as well.

My charging case just have 2 leds instead of 3, i bought them in a big technology store and I don&acute;t know if there any problem with the case.

Why my left earbud doesn't work ? when i took it off from box its stop working. i can't use it. I brought them with this problem... So how i can make it work?....I send you an email but no one respond...

If I'm listening to music on my laptop's spotify and a phone call comes in, do these headphones seamlessly stop the music on laptop and pick up the phone call or do I have to unpair my laptop and pair the phone before picking up this call

Thank you for your question, simple, keep the headphones paired with your phone and control your spotify music with your laptop, but you have to tell spotify to keep playing the music on your phone.

When connecting to a zoom meeting, the volume increases to the maximum (although the OS volume is down) and cannot be decreased via the OS. It does not happen when I stream audio etc.

Should a fully charged and closed pod with headphones in LOSE charge if not used? It's a 100% yesterday when I charged it and left it OFF electricity and in my car - opened it today and the reader on my phone says 30%. That doesn't seem right,

Do you to shut if OFF anywhere after each use? or stick it back in the unit and that does it? I start with 100% battery and take it on a 30 walk walk. The next day when I open it - it has 30% and runs down to zero after 15 minutes. Is that normal?

Our JBL Tune 220TWS automatically turns off when placed on the case. You can also manually turn it off by pressing and holding both buds for more than five seconds.
