Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a good headset. I have a hearing problem and the headsets from plantronics are the best. I have owned 4 voyager previously. Yes I loose them or something stupid happens to them. The new 5200 is like the previous versions with some improvements to sound quality, noise canceling and battery life. I like the new stand/case However the comfort of the 5200 is NOT the same as previous versions. They have messed with the weight and flatten the curve around the back of the ear. I really wished they had left shape around the ear alone! The effect of the changes is the device does not feel as secure on your ear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I am a long time Plantronics User. This is my 3rd model I purchased. My last one was a Pro. I expected some improvement since my other one was about 3 years old. The pro had a 7 hour charge, the 5200 has a 6 hour charge. The pro had a magnetic charger, the 5200 has a plug in charger, I will not pay extra for a case I do not need. It advertised a greater range from my phone. It is exactly the same. It also has a delay to connect when I answer a call the Pro did not have this delay. I want to call the company and let them know, see if I can still exchange it for the Pro. Why pay the extra money for no improvement. I am disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor audio performance I have used the voyager and basically am close to giving up on it, my old PRO was brilliant but this one causes me endless issues due to the volume that I am broadcasting, I am forever being told by others on the call that they cannot hear me. I thought it was just me but when I read these reviews I see that this is common for many people. I use mine with an iPhone 6S and I have gone back to using a wired headset at home and suffering whilst in the car and completely abandoned it for use via my PC on a softphone. So disappointing as the PRO was great but this should be good as it can be used with multiple devices and seemed on paper to solve a wide range of needs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Bad Fitting Design No mater what I do, this Bluetooth fits terrible. Not to mention the earache above my ear canal since earpiece on this sits higher in ear than the Legend does. I tried all three earpiece's for two days each. I could not adjust the mic boom to be half an inch off my cheek either, it sticks out at an awkward angle making me constantly aware how bad the Voyager 5200 fits. Very disappointed, Plantronics had the perfect fitting Bluetooth with the Voyager Legend, which I have worn for about 5 years and give 5 stars. Don't fix it if it isn't broken. Why redesign a time tested design is beyond me, peoples heads don't change! I gave it to my wife to try, maybe she'll like it, if not, I'll throw it away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good when it feels like it, which isn't offen I have had this 4 to 6 weeks. Most all outgoing calls i have to turn off headset and turn back on for anyone to hear me. This get old in a hurry. I have owned several Legends and other Plantronics bluetooths for years. I think i have 22 in a drawer at home. But this one has bugs in it. cant always here navigation, for some reason volume goes down and suddenly pops back up. This is all using IPHONE 6S. I am hoping for a firm ware update soon. Others in my office have the same complaints on it. I love Plantronics but this one missed the target.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from disconnects from galaxy s8 I have always been a fan and use plantronics religiously for many years and always was very satisfied, however I originally purchased the 5200 almost 2 years ago, shortly after it began disconnecting and would lock up, couldn't shut it off and back on to reset, it acted like it was dead, and after many minutes would begin working again. I took it back to the store and had it replaced and the new one worked good for a while than began doing the same thing occasionally. I've done all updates and it still does it. Very disappointed as I need something reliable for my work. Store wont replace it again so considering looking for new one elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Did not expect this Hi, I've been using the Plantronics Explorer before, but I needed something with noise cancelling and this headset is quite amazing! Clear voices even when having a bad codec on the other side, I can hear them clear enough, the Explorer was nice for in the car, but the Voyager 5200 is perfect for in the office! The customers are thinking that I am alone in here :-) When I connected the headset it paired directly on my BT300 Bluetooth adapter, so 4.1(BT600) is not really required, I know the battery will be flat quicker, but who cares, you can charge ;-) Something to complain? Not yet, maybe never :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent headset Overall: A most excellent headset Pros: * Great sound quality and noise reduction (people can't tell I'm in a car). Cons: * The battery is a bit thicker then the Legend, so it is not quite as comfortable as the Legend. * The mute should physically mute the microphone. Had an Samsung Note 4 WebEx issue where I muted the device, but everyone could still hear me and it appear that noise cancellation was no longer active (the device thought it was muted). * Range is advertised as 30 meters, but I'm getting less the 10 with a Macbook pro (2015). Probably 12+ meters with a Samsung Note 4. I probably need to try out the BT600 adapter to see if will improve the Macbook range.
