Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing sound. Echo integration needs more work The audio quality is amazing as one would expect from Harmon Kardon. What is disappointing is the integration with Alexa/Echo is extremely basic lacking most features one would consider standard on any Echo enabled device. The device does not support multi-room audio nor are you able to customize the settings at all. No ability to enable a sound when you wake Alexa. No ability to customize the sounds at all. The HK app is for setup only. It has no customization settings aside from device name. Settings within the Alexa web page for the device are missing all customization settings. I was also surprised that HK support was completely unfamiliar with the product. I'm hopeful HK does some work on this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Allure not pairing with Alexa so use as night ligh I read reviews saying pairing is difficult. Do not count on either Amazon or HK to help you. You get a microscopic manual in 4 point type. Hello who do you think buys this product? Next it says get an app. You get the app but then it claims the speaker will get the app not your kindle or phone which both have it. The app is unable to find the device. Before you say Well he must not have experience, I have bought 21 amazon devices. Ship this device with instructions glued to speaker. Fire everyone who worked on the manual. The fix... put in a port to connect this speaker to echo dot 2.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good speaker, bad Alexa I have bought this speaker with great enthusiasm but was badly disappointed in this product and in Harman Kardon as a company. Its Alexa system simply does not work, it connects to the internet and even updated the system but no voice and no answers. Without it, which was the main reason of purchase, this speaker is useless for me. BTW this is my second disappointment in Harman, as last year I bought 5 pieces of HK Invoke smart speakers (with Microsoft Cortana) for my house and family members and now I read that from 2021 its MS stops its support on Cortana on these devices. It means that all Invoke speakers literally will be useless. That is the greatest failure for Audio Company I guess.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Continuous connectivity problem Sound ok but worst in connectivity. It's all day try to connect to the wifi but not able to connect to wifi. Suddenly you will invent it's connected to the wifi, means the wifi and the wifi settings were ok, and again it drops the wifi connection. Bluetooth connection does not establish all-time. And Bluetooth does not work without internet connection, so if you can't connect to wifi your speaker is dead. Worst in connectivity design.

Dear HK, I just bought HK Allure and I relized that HK Alexa app is not available in Croatia. Do you have any solution for this issue and is it possible to use this product only as an bluetooth loud speaker without the app?

I have already setup the speaker completely and now when I try to add the speaker to a group set of my living room via the Alexa app so that I can control the lights in the Living room via the speaker it shows a triangle warning sign.

for a few days both of my two allures have been flashing yellow continuously, what does that mean? they only stop if I unlink them from amazon or use another account

It's flashing in yellow because you have notifications from Amazon. Just ask Alexa to read notifications and the yellow flashing will disappear.

Why do both of my allures often disconnect from alexa but are networked (respond to pings)? it is not a wifi problem and not a network problem (other alexa devices are always connected even when allures are not)
