(vii) (a) To be eligible for a refund under this offer: (i) the product must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied; and (ii) you must produce such evidence as is reasonably required by Dyson to establish that the product is not subject to any hire purchase, lease, rental or other agreement, a result of which being that another party has an interest in or charge over the product. (ix) Dyson reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(x) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Dyson excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim form that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Dyson) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Dyson.
(xi) Dyson, and its contractors and agents, collect and use your personal information in order to assess and administer your claim. If you do not provide this personal information, then Dyson will not be able to fulfil any valid claims that you may submit. Dyson may also collect and use your personal information to provide you updates on our latest products and services, to analyse and research customer choices on products, to provide products and services you have requested (e.g. extended warranty, gift with purchase, Money Back Guarantee) and for other purposes relating or incidental to warranty (e.g. machine and warranty registration, product recalls) (“the Purposes”). To do so, Dyson may disclose your personal information to its related bodies, business partners or third parties for purposes such as web or data hosting. Summary of Conditions

How to claim your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
(a) Purchase any Bosch vacuum cleaner (BCH6AT25AU, BCH6ZOOAU, BCH7ATH32K, BCH732KAU BGL3PWERAU, BGL72234AU, BGL8PRO4AU, BGL8ZOOAU, BGS5140AU, BGS5PERFAU, BGS5SL66AU, BGS5ZOOOAU, BSGL5ZOOAU, BBS11114AU, BBS1224AU) within the Promotional Period 19 February to 4 March 2019 from a participating Harvey Norman New Zealand store. If you are not fully satisfied with the Product purchased after a minimum 15 day trial period, you may register a claim for the Money Back Guarantee for a refund of the purchase price of your Product.
(b) Call Customer Service (Bosch) on 0800 245 700 (you will be required to provide a copy of your receipt) within 30 days of the date of purchase to arrange the collection of the Product from your preferred location and a refund of the purchase price of the Product to your nominated bank account. At this time a collection date will be arranged and you will be required to complete an electronic refund form along with providing a copy of the receipt. If you are not satisfied with your Electrolux vacuum cleaner within 30 days of purchase, simply phone Electrolux on 0508 730 730.

Terms and Conditions:

(a) This 30 day money back guarantee offer is valid for Electrolux vacuums (excluding PI91-5SGM) purchased from Harvey Norman between the period 19th February 2019 and 4th March 2019 for 30 days from the date of purchase.
(b) To be eligible for a refund, the Electrolux cleaner must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied.
(c) To be eligible for a refund, the customer must produce such evidence that is reasonably required by Electrolux to establish that the cleaner is not subject to any hire purchase, rental, lease or any other agreement a result of which being that another party has an interest in or charge over the vacuum cleaner.
(d) To receive a refund from Electrolux, the customer needs to phone Electrolux on 0508 730 730 to provide details and make the necessary arrangements.
(e) It is the customer’s sole responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the machine to Electrolux. Electrolux accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of the machine during its return which is at the sole risk of the customer until received by Electrolux.
(f) The machine and all accessories must be returned undamaged, in working order, in original packaging and with the original proof of purchase, in order to claim a refund.
(g) Electrolux has the right to determine whether the above conditions have been satisfied entitling the customer to a refund or not. Once Electrolux has reviewed the machine, a call will be made to the customer to approve or reject the refund.
(h) Cheques will only be addressed to the name of the purchaser as detailed on the proof of purchase invoice.
(i) Allow 60 days for receipt of refund from the date of refund authorization by Electrolux.
