After thinking about purchasing the Citation series for a long time, I finally decided to pull the trigger a month ago and couldn't be happier! Starting with the look and quality, I love the fabric and black cap with the polished edge. It really is the most beautiful unit available. The sub has a very impressive sound. It can get extremely loud and booming when asked, but is always very clean and responsive even on difficult bass lines. The sub has a massive breadth of ability and suits everything from movies, jazz, EDM, hip hop and more. I currently have the sound bar and sub and this is a perfect start. The main reason for purchasing this line is so I can add on with different speakers through our house and it is all wireless. Completely recommend and cannot wait to keep expanding my system!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Sound. Constant Dropouts This subwoofer sounds amazing, but I may have to return it as it constantly drops out/disconnects from the Citation bar. It’s not reliable in that sense but it sounds great. Which is a shame.

Both equipment paired easily and the sound and bass was awesome when playing movies or anything that is connected to my tv. However the sub did not work when I connected wirelessly from my iPhone to the sound bar. Sound only came out from soundbar but no bass from the sub! Not sure why that is so?

I need to replace a klipsch wisa subwoofer in my home theater.  I have a klipsch hub now but an lg c1 and axiim link soon.  This subwoofer is wisa ready and usable with any transmitter?

Just bought the Citation Multibeam 700 with the Citation sub s. The sub is connected, and plays the «test sound», but it is not working. No sound from the sub at all.

Please check the volume of the subwoofer to make sure it will play audio. Press “Speaker Setup” > “Levels” > “Speaker volume trim” or “Bass level trim”, then swipe up / down to select speakers or adjust the volume and bass level.
