I tried to restart it /with restart button), reconnect with google home app (It will find him, but cant succes to set p loudspeeker to run). On display is allways "WIFI SETUP"). How can I set it to work ???

Hello? Does Harman Kardon Citation Oasis DAB have regular FM radio?

There are two different Citation models. We have the DAB and the FM version. FM is not possible with our HK Citation Oasis DAB version. However, if you want to listen to a regular FM radio. We recommend our Citation Oasis FM.

My citation oasis stopped this night suddenly. First the display came on extra bright, and after that the display died and never came back on. The charger on top still works. What to do?

Is it possible to use it without the microphone function?

Thanks for reaching out. You can unmute the built-in microphone on our HK Citation Oasis DAB and still be able to use this product. The microphone allows you to set up alarms using voice commands. You can set DAB as an alarm by pressing and holding the alarm button for (> 5s).

The instruction manual for the Citation Oasis says that the sleep timer function may be available for DAB and AirPlay at some time in the future. Are they available now and, if not, when might they be?

Currently the sleep timer is not available for DAB, AUX or Airplay and we checked internally that information about that is not ready yet. When there is more news on this you will see it within the connectivity windows of your device.

Been having setup issues since I moved the speaker. Everything works fine in The google home app up til wi-fi setup. There it cant find it anymore. So i get an error. Its closer to the router than before and I mean it did work on the same wifi previously

Please make sure your phone is connected to your Home WiFi where you would like to connect your HK Citation Oasis. Follow the in-app instructions to finish the set-up. Hi, Is it possible on my new Harman Cardon Citation Oasis set the radio to turn off using the SLEEP function with the desired time setting?

You can set up a sleep timer through Google Home app by providing a time for when the speaker goes to sleep. A good example would be to command "OK Google, set a sleep timer for 30 mins/ set a sleep timer at 10:00 o' clock. You can get more details through our owner's manual here:https://bit.ly/3kDy7g7

I just got my new Oasis and I try to set it up. Using my iPhone X, downloaded Google home, checked the settings "local network" and bluetooth are activated. Searchig for for devices, HK Citation Oasis found - setting up c. - connection failed. Help please
