Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could be improved I really like the design. It's a matter of taste - the Harman Citation 200 is definitely an eye-catcher. There is nothing wrong with the sound. The bass is sufficient, the highs clear without clinking. The speaker's biggest flaw, however, is the software. The volume cannot be regulated well at all. The lowest level is not really quiet and too loud for room volume. You can at least control it on your mobile phone via Bluetooth. However, the Alexa app does not allow you to control volume or sound. It is URGENTLY necessary to make improvements here!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect no matter where you are, always a great sound. the bass is amazing. that sounded first class as well. thanks to the battery, you can easily take the device with you to the lake or other excursions. Simply connect to the mobile internet with your cell phone and enjoy music anywhere. the device impresses with its easy handling and the price is fair. With us, the Harman Kardon Citation 200 should not be missing at any garden party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best sound! I am absolutely in love with this product! It’s connected to wifi, is super modern and has extremely good quality. It’s actually really pretty too! I’ve never had a sound system that good. The sound is very „clear“, you can play your music super loud if you want to, which is perfect for birthday parties. It really gives you 8 full hours of an extraordinary music experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound I have been using this smart bluetooth speaker non-stop. The sound is really amazing and its just enjoyable to listen to music or a podcast. Not to mention the high-quality workmanship and modern design. Its also kind handy to connect the device to a Google Home and give voice commands. However, what I missed was the compatibility with Alexa.

Grâce au Airplay, elle se connecte très facilement au téléphone pour pouvoir l’utiliser très rapidement. Son seul point faible, le poids que je trouve tout de même contraignant si on veux l’emmener à l’extérieur.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Volume too low With a 120mm woofer they could do better. The volume is too low. The JBL charge 4/5 with a smaller woofer and 20 watts less has the same volume and almost the same bass despite the JBL charge being small

Is there a way that i can have the same volume when my citation 200 speaker is on dock and not?t seems that even when charged using type c wall charger, it doesn't get as loud as when charged thru the proprietary charging dock.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately you can not have the same output when using your Citation 200 undocked. This is the design of the Citation 200, it is only able to have amplified sound when docked in the station. I want to make sure I understand the power saving mode. When the speaker is off the charger and play the music, only the dot LED on top of the speaker shows. When I put the speaker back on the cradle and it´s fully charged I see all LEDs. Is my unit ok?

Yes, when our Citation 200 isn't on the charging dock, only the battery LED indicator is lit when using the speaker as well as the Voice assistant when the mic isn't muted. If you need more help, please contact us, so we can assist you.

I use the speaker mostly in the living room resting constantly on the charger, is that bad ?

Our Harman Kardon Citation 200 will not overcharge. There's no harm in using the unit while it is connected to a power source all the time. Our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery. However, if you'd like to save energy, you may unplug the speaker.

I can't find any info that tells me the significance of the color of the 4 front lights, either they are Blue, or sometimes Red, what does it mean? also, at some point today, the lights (Blue) started blinking, and no sound was coming out, why is that ?

Our HK Citation 200 LED indicator goes Red (Blinking) when it is low on power. When the LED lights turn Blue (Scrolling) this means that the Bluetooth is pairing and Blue (Blinking) when Bluetooth is connected.

Can I use Siri/ Apple Home Kit with this product, instead of the Google Assistant/Home?

Can I use the speaker outdoors on low temperature, such as 0°C or -5°C? Is there any data available about the recommended temperature range, or about operation outside the range? I assume the battery would last shorter, but can it cause any other issues?

I just got this awesome harman kardon citation 200 and accidentally pressed the on / off button for about 10 seconds and reset it. Can I find out if I can boost the bass? And if the bass can be increased, can I find out what to do? Thanks in advance .

Thank you for your question. To adjust the bass level, repeatedly press the two buttons Bluetooth and Volume down simultaneously. By each press, the level will cycle through the 4 levels of bass volume. To adjust the treble level, repeatedly press the two buttons Bluetooth and Volume up simultaneously. By each press, the level will cycle through the 4 levels of treble volume. The LEDs on the front of the speaker will indicate the current level while adjusting by blinking (Pink for bass, and yellow for treble). 3 LEDs blinking is the default level.
