Looks good but too much base
Just received this speaker and it looks great but with any level of volume the bass is just to overbearing it would be nice to be able to turn down the bass. Also I can't seem to stream all my sources from my phone only Spotify is available so be aware that not all music streaming services are ae to send to this speaker (using Google home)

I absolutely love it!!
It’s a recent purchase for me. I managed to get it cheaper than in most stores in Spain. For the price that I’ve purchased it, the quality, the finish, everything is marvelous. I wouldn’t ever find anything even a bit better than that.
The sound is pure, clear, full with beautiful bass. It’s very good for orchestra and piano music, but also for other types. I am listening a lot to classical, and it’s a real audiophile quality sound.
It can be very loud if you put it on max.
I am looking forward to set it up in stereo with the second that I’ve bought as a gift to my husband.
It will be a true sound blast!
Amongst all of that, it has really beautiful and simple design fitting all of the places I can imagine.

Nice rich sound!
I bought today two Citation one and i link them in steteo pair. I must say the sound in fantastic, rich and clear that is enough for an apartment room. I give 4 stars becouse there is a problem with one of the speakers, on heavy bass music i hear a sound that sounds like a rattling of the speaker itself. Maybe i can get some help?

Google Home not as good as Alexa
There is no Google integration with BBC Sounds, which is annoying when trying to replay the Archers. The Google Home integration with Spotify is not great. It can just about play you a playlist or album, but trying to make it play an individual track drives me nuts.
On the positive side, the sound is good, it looks reasonable and set up was simple.
It's a nice size and feels well built. The mains transformer is built-in so there is no horrible bulky power supply to plug into the socket.
It could have been designed so that the cover could be cleaned or replaced - I suspect that many of these speakers will end up scrapped as soon as they get dirty, or doesn't match the decor. There's also no 3.5mm audio jack for hard wiring in non bluetooth devices. It would also have been useful to have a label on the plug to avoid inadvertent disconnection.

Pretty good
I am very happy with the sound but got it really for using with Bluetooth which it is rather poor at for the simple reason that if my phone or tablet is more than 2 meters away with an uninterrupted view the connection is lousy. Sometimes it breaks up when my device is right next to it. This doesn't happen with any of my other Bluetooth speakers.

This wonderful sound machine is wasted in my office - the odd occasion where I'm able to turn it up though it has the sound of a much more expensive set of speakers. Plus it has a tiny footprint and looks very clean. I love it.

Big impact
We've upgraded from a Google mini so the bar was pretty low... I'm really surprised how it fills our room with good quality warm sound with tight deep base. The physical control buttons on the top of the device is a nice touch.
