Good not great
The picture is great, and there is a lot of flexibility, but the internet connection is a problem.
I really enjoy the apps available. I was able to get rid of my external streaming boxes. I also appreciate the flexibility in routing sound. The biggest issue I have with the TV is that it does not like to stay connected to WiFi. About once a week it disconnects, and the only way to reconnect is to unplug the TV. My rating would be much higher if it weren't for this issue.
If you can hardwire the TV, or this process doesn't bother you, it is worth purchasing. The good outweighs the bad, but it is still far from a perfect device. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very nice TV for the price!
Our Pioneer Kuro plasma TV died...we replaced it with this TV. Love the functions of the smart tv. This has a good picture and I love the simple remote! No more remotes with too many buttons! Only negative comment I have is that the power cord is very short. Especially if you are feeding the cord down the inside of the wall for wall mount. Would love to be able to get a longer cord if available. Be sure to purchase 12ft HDMI cords so they are plenty long.

This is a great TV. Picture quality is fantastic, with or without 4K inputs. Realistic colors and no motion blur during sports, or movies. The set up was nice and easy. Remote control is intuitive and fits easily into my hand (would be better if it had a light) . The apps menu is easy to use. I use an external antenna at times and that set up took a bit of work finding the correct settings in the setup menu but worked out. The picture from the antenna was fantastic . No complaints there. I ordered online without seeing the tv in person, I am not disappointed in the least. A great buy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Quality TV
I have always wanted Samsung brand tv’s but could never afford them, so was stuck with vizios. My 65 in Visio finally went out and justified buying a new Samsung, and the difference is amazing, same “quality” of tv but the differences are extremely noticeable. The picture quality is 100x better, and the interactive feature are amazing. Samsung actually updates their apps and have compatiablity with other apps and such which make it the superior tv. I love it so much I bought a total of 3 new Samsung TVs. After the first one, I knew my family couldn’t watch tv on a garbage Vizio anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Onerous setup, decent picture, useless remote
although i have a samsung account and galaxy s20+, it took 2 hours to setup this television and i am not a tech novice. samsung would not recognize my password even though it was correct which prolonged the process. very frustrating. and note-you have to have a samsung account to download apps that aren't already installed. had to tinker with the color to optimize the picture as expected. universal remote is a joke-won't control my sonos beam from more than five feet way. the tv will serve its purpose. you get what you pay for.

Cool features, but not perfect
I really enjoy the native apps and they run smoothly. I appreciate the airplay feature being built in.
Negatives: after 2 returns, all 3 tvs had some sort of light bleed from the edges. I also was excited to be able to open the smartthings app on my phone and control my devices from the TV but this app is not available, though it's shown as an icon on the box. Lastly (personal, yet likely rare gripe), my 2016 samsung TV supports the ability to cast the TVs screen to my phone (reverse casting) but the 2020 model doesn't. That was disappointing to me and something I assumed would be available. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best TV I've ever owned
I bought this TV 1 day ago, after using the smart things app to set it up, which was so easy and fast I then started exploring as many features as I could and still just scratched the surface on all the great features there are I also hooked up a soundbar and the picture quality along with the soundbar made it an unbelievable experience, and living in a smaller apartment it is truly amazing. Price, picture, functionality, and over all quality of a Samsung product has so far made this the best TV I've ever owned and would recommend it highly.

Brilliant picture!
I bought this tv 2 days ago and I have nothing but great things to say. Brilliant picture, clear, crisp and stunning. I was also amazed by it's smart technology. Alexa integration makes things simple and easy to navigate. Setup was easy and fast using my smart things app. For the price this I feel this was one of my best tv purchases. Samsung keep raising the bar!
