Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV but... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV, we currently have a 4k Vizio M-Series for our bedroom and an LG 4k for upstairs. This TV is eons better than our LG in terms of picture and sound. The picture and sound are both rich and vibrant. The only thing that's missing is Dolby Vision support....I can't, for the life of me understand why such a bug company refuses to adopt something that you can get in even the lower models of Vizio's lineup. The only other downside that I can speak to is that the TV seems to have no anti-reflective coating and can sometimes have a pretty bad glare in comparison to some other models.

Downsize JPEG to 1-1.5kb this is a follow up to a prior review where i was limited to 75 images because of small internal storage space ~500mb. exporting photos as jpegs limited to 1k or 1.5k appears to give me equal quality images (comparing on a high res 4k, color calibrated monitor and subsequently on the frame tv). this extends the number of photos i can put on this device to near 500. this is better but ultimately lacking in potential. samsung, having the ability to reference a network storage location for the art mode pictures would be ideal. alternatively running art mode from the attached usb mass storage device would also be reasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and slim! this tv looks great! the art option will never look like a true piece of art but it is close enough in daylight to improve the overall decor and get rid of the “black box” look. the prior reviews about the mount are ridiculous. it works great and is easy it install. the problem is the instructions are not clear and it took me a minute to understand the included table which tells you the exact distance to space the mounts apart based on your tv size. once you figure out the table, a clown clown could do it, let alone an engineer. the one connect box is big and a bit clunky. i decided to put it in the wall instead of running the cable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT workingwith Xbox Series X if you plan to play your xbox series x with this tv, hold on. many customers have complained that since firmware 1506 upgrade, the hdmi port 4 a.k.a. game port doesn't work. tv would suddenly start complaining that it lost signal from the xbox. see the discussion at samsung community. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/the-frame-2021-xbox-series-x-and-firmware-1506/td-p/3479612/ you still can use other hdmi ports for xbox series x, however they don't support better graphics. no 120hz / 4k / hdr / vrr. it's like you're still playing the older xbox one. samsung didn't release the firmware fix yet although it's been months. until it is fixed, don't buy this tv for gaming.

The easy to follow set up information made getting started a breeze. The TV is packed with so many features I’m still trying to get used to it. What’s even better is the simplicity of the ability to connect with all my Bluetooth devices. I can’t say enough about the picture and sound quality. I was already a Samsung fan and this product has just cemented my love of the brand and it’s products. Well done Samsung, I would highly recommend this product to anyone thinking of buying a new TV.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Frame TV - A dream come true [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this TV for years and finally pulled the trigger. I am so glad I did as it has become the perfect centerpiece for my new home. So far, anyone that sees it assumes it's a picture frame and are floored when I hi the power button to reveal the television. My only gripe is the new 2-piece mounting bracket which in itself just takes a little extra time and care to mount properly (as opposed to a single mounting bracket) but luckily Samsung started including a paper template which helped tremendously.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You pay this much for a TV and cant use it cant tell you how good the tv is yet because i cant get it on the wall. we purchased the 65” and the mounts are not large enough to catch a stud. its missing it on both sides. now we have to go and spend more money on another mount that will not lay as flat. its a really dumb design flaw. theres no reason these pieces can be longer to accommodate and im not having the tv off center… if i had a slight larger or smaller version of the tv it would have probably worked. also the connector hub is huge. i dont need to connect anything to the tv but i cant just plug it in, it has to go theough a massive hub. no idea where im going to out that…

Hi, we have no wall space to mount the tv flat on the wall.(only in the corner of our lounge). Do “the frame” TVs have an option to mount it on a “vogels” wall bracket or is it only able to mounted on the Samsung bracket?

The 'feet' are height adjustable, are they also able to be set closer together? Alternatively is there a central pedestal option. The gap between the feet is too large to fit on the unit I am using for a TV.

Hi Marg. This model: QA43LS03AASXNZ can be mounted on the wall, or sit on its regular stand which can be moved up and down but cannot be adjusted to be closer together. There is also no alternative central pedestal for this model. Hope this helps

hi there, the 2021 Samsung The Frame is shown as shipping with the 'one connect' box, however, I thought the 2021 (a) model came with a 'Slim one connect'. Can you please confirm which it is, and if not the Slim version, how come? Thank you.

Thanks for your question. The 2021 Frame TV models come with the standard connect box. Only the 2021 range of Samsung Neo-QLED's feature the slim connect box. Hope this helps!
