Oven not correctly insulated
Bought this model in June 2020 after running it for a month did the first roast in the oven. That is when the trouble started, the steam from the roast did not dissipate but started rising into the smaller oven and the induction element. After an hour with the roast cooking the induction element went crazy switching itself on/off. You could see the water condensation under the control element light. After long back and forth with H&N with several technician visits we got a replacement after 3 weeks. This time we did a roast right away and the same problem occurred. Now we are getting hopefully our money back. Never again a Belling what a disappointment

Buy one! It's a fantastic oven!
This is the only oven we could find on the New Zealand market that has both an induction cook-top and double oven. I can't stress enough how good it is to cook with an induction top... very fast, precise temperature control, safe with the pots only heating up and not the cook-top next to the pot like would happen on ceramic cooker. Seems to also be much cleaner for washing up as the precise temperature control means food doesn't stick to the pots as badly.

Induction breaks down
I bought this 5 years ago. One month after the 2 year warranty the induction top stopped working. Kept overheating and showing errors. Belling kindly sent a new top free of charge which I had to pay for electrician to fit. Now the new top is doing the same thing and Belling has no record of the first event. Wouldnt buy this again and now have to look at replacing whole cooker or paying for new top and electrician to fit.

Not working
I bought this oven yesterday and had it installed by a qualified electrician, display screen and middle turn nob not working. Result so far is to take the floor model or wait up to three months for a new one!! Will Let you know how the customer service goes!!

Great oven
Great little oven, but it arrived with a missing button. The button was in the packaging and we have put it back on, hopefully it works (yet to be installed in the kitchen)

Works well but broke down 4yrs later
Bought this 4 years ago when ERR 47 appeared on the panel and cook tops and ovens stopped working. Fortunately, we have 4 years extended warranty on top of the 2 yrs manufacturers warranty. Called HN about this and they sent technician to check who recommended replacement. Still awaiting installation of the new unit after 2 weeks

Induction cooktop doesn't work
The induction cooktop keeps overheating and displaying an error message (of course it started happening after the warranty ran out), now only one burner can be used at a time and even then it is temperamental. Fixing it is going to cost almost as much as buying a new one does!
Very poor quality.
