Rated 1 out of 5 by from Canopy Rangehood by Micasa Totally disappointed with this product from Harvey Norman in Whangarei. Bought several items at the same time but this one is a total let down. Very noisy which you might be able to put up with but the suction appears non existent ending up with a smell permitting the house.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! About a month after installation, whenever you turned the light on the fan would suddenly change speedster full so I had to use without light. Shop blamed on installation even though it was clearly an in-product issue. The fan itself is horribly noisy. After 4 years the fan has stopped working altogether. I would never buy a Micasa product again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rangehood Rangehood looks good and is working fine. Customer service was slow. Unfortunately no one got back to us to let us know that it was ready for pick up. We pre-ordered for a particular day. When we came to pick it up they still had to check that it was actually in stock.
