Coverage for an Eligible Fault*

All freight and service call out fees covered

Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Loud!This rangehood works well and looks great, but it's oh so loud! There's very little difference between speed 1, 2 and 3 and the turbo touch button is to the right of the light button, so whenever you are trying to use the light only, you invariably end up turning on the turbo fan.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Hi there. Thanks for your question. The Rangehood is available in white and in black. The decibel rating on the lowest setting (level 1) is 54dB and at it's highest setting (level 3) it is 62dB
