Very happy
I am very happy with the wash tower. The washing machine cleans the clothes really well and the dryer works well too. Both quiet and very efficient which is great. I am washing everyday with a family of 4, so the 12kg/10kg size combo works well. It is a very heavy unit to install, so recommend two people. Highly recommend this unit.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the LG 12kg/10kg WashTower in Matte Black. From the moment it was installed, it completely transformed our laundry routine. The sleek, space-saving design is perfect for our home — it looks incredibly stylish and modern, almost too good to be hidden away in a laundry room!
Functionality-wise, it’s a dream. The intuitive central control panel makes both the washer and dryer super easy to operate. The 12kg wash and 10kg dry capacity easily handles our family’s weekly loads in fewer cycles, saving time and energy. Clothes come out spotless, fresh, and noticeably softer thanks to the dual inverter and heat pump technology — and the energy efficiency is a huge bonus for keeping power bills down.
One of the standout features is how quiet it runs. Even on high spin or during drying cycles, it’s whisper-quiet compared to our old machines. The smart features and ThinQ app integration are just the cherry on top, letting me check progress or start a cycle from anywhere.

Compact and stylish
After wanting this appliance for over a year, I am very happy with my new purchase so far. I am still on the fence on the dryer and if it is saving me money compared to my 20year old one. But the fact it is compact and stylish is a bonus and saves so much room.
