The headboard was higher than I expected and the wood above the white frame is not a warm wood colour like the image it is more of a pinkish colour
It was disappointing to find that nearly all the slats have some form of mould growth on them From being in a wet environment. I’m now waiting for replacement slats to be delivered.

Lincoln Queen bed
The purchase of the Lincoln Queen was ideal; solid protective packaging with clear English instructions The quality of the product is excellent and finished in picture quality image. All assembly tools were included with the one exception of a screwdriver. I am very pleased with the purchase. Harvey Norman kept me informed around the shipping delays so I could plan my schedule for the delivery.

Glad it was on special
Bought this bed last week on Monday was delivered on Tuesday fabulous service.
The bed though ain’t the greatest of quality with small chips and a crappy paint job. Some of the slats are damaged ie split when the screw holes were pre drilled and a lot of rough edges. But you get what you pay for I suppose

Service that helps you sleep at night!
The product is great, the service, speed of delivery and even the delivery guys were awesome. We were given an extended grace period and when we didn't get back to the store in time, we got a gentle reminder call to ensure that if we were going ahead, we didn't miss out! Fantastic!

Love it! And huge thanks to the delivery guys (I offered to help and they just took it upstairs - not an easy feat).
Only query was about the cardboard packaging which doesn't fit in our recycling bin.
