What's the difference between this mattress which is adjustable and the normal Postrue advance mattress?

Hi Paul. The mattresses are exactly the same bar one small difference. The adjustable mattress has small notches in the foam side panel to allow for the mattress to bend easily. The springs and composition of the mattress is however the same . We trust this helps
