We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. HI there.. I have a bad back so am after a relatively firm mattress. This seems a cheaper option. Is it going to last me? ( one person using it ). Is it inner sprung? Thanks, Kerry

Hi Kerry. This New Zealand made mattress is classed as firm and comes with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. The mattress has a pocket spring system in it. We do have a large range of firm mattresses in store to try. We always recommend coming into store to try the beds and mattresses to see which one suits your body the best. is this mattress reversible?

Hi Mary. As this mattress is not double sided it can not be flipped. It is advised to rotate the mattress every 6 months to keep your mattress in great condition. This means moving your mattress from the head of your bed to the foot - from top to bottom. Rotating your mattress regularly is important, because it helps to keep the comfort fillings evenly distributed. Hope this helps

If I buy a mattress can you dispose of my old mattress
