Who ever designed this piece of art doesn’t know much about furniture for sure.boards are not even cut precisely so it’s very hard to assemble

Amazing bed pathetic instructions. Good and sturdyBed is amazing but instructions were pathetic. Took 3 days to make in the end due to having to undo pieces that were in the wrong place because instructions weren’t clear.
Worse than warehouse instructions.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Product description states drawers and mattress are not included - how are the drawers obtained if they're not included? Do you have the mattress available separately?

As the day bed is a standard New Zealand single size, any single mattress can go be used with it. We have a large range online as well as in store for you to select from.
