Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice wooden feel and high brightest level Good wooden look like a traditional photo frame. The image is sharp. The display can achieve a rather high brightness level. I have to use around the middle range setting to suit my interior. The software is good.

It was very easy to set up and the app is really straight forward. We live on the other side of town and there has been no issues in uploading photos to their Frameo. The picture quality is great. My parents really enjoy seeing new photos on display - great alternative to just sending photos to phones.

But what we have now is a beautiful centrepiece in our kitchen that the entire family look at throughout the day and it provides so many talking conversations and memories as it works through the endless photos. A quality product and we love that we can set it to turn on and off automatically at certain times of the day and week.

Fantastic idea, easy to add photos from my phone that I have taken or people send me. My family and friends can also send photos and videos directly to the Frameo once I give them the link. The app is easy to use. I keep mine connected to the internet but put in sleep mode each night. Love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Digital Frame, only one drawback Nice frame with terrific picture quality. Only drawback so far is that you cannot shuffle pics in memory and those on SD card at the same time. The app is great for sending pics to the frame, very useful for sharing.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Hi Lulu. Yes you can share images from anywhere in the world via the Jackson Frameo app. It enables the sharing of a code allowing you to display your favourite memory with them. Hope this helps

Can you use a USB stick?

Fantastic question Debbie. The frame does not have a USB interface and will not accept Flash Drives. Instead it has a Micro SD Card slot, and can take cards up to 32GB in size. It also features 8GB of internal storage and has WiFi connectivity for receiving photos from friends and family around the world via the Frameo app. Trust this helps!
