I use my phone less thanks to my Garmin!
I have come from using a whoop tracker for 5 years and I can safely say that I don’t regret the switch. I love that is has the option to connect to your phones notifications or not, the detections of naps, easy to use for running and tracking your km’s rather than having to check your phone. It has everything I need and I actually use my phone less.
