I have shopped at Harvey Norman for many years and never had cause to complain. Staff are friendly, prices competitive and a huge range of hardware is available. The Henderson branch has excellent parking too. On line ordering and delivery is good, guarantees have been honoured. I love complaining, if I could I would but I can't. :-))
