Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not comfortable The couch looks plush but hurts my back after sitting on it for a while. Very poor design and I suspect if I spend a long period of time on this couch I might injure my neck and back. Not relaxing at all. I would gladly return it for a refund. Do not buy!

When power goes out how does an elderly person get out when it is reclined?

Great question Gasa. Sadly, this model does not have a manual release, or back-up battery, and we would not recommend this model for the older generations. We recommend popping into your local Harvey Norman store and the Furniture team can recommend options in the lift chair range with this feature. Trust this helps! ^CO

Hi Gabby. The recliner at this time only comes in the one colour (as shown in image) and in the one fabric. It can not be ordered in any other colour or fabric. We trust this helps

Can this be disassembled so I can be moved like other recliners?

Hi Murphy. Thanks for your question. The 2 seater comes as a complete seating set and only the backs of the recliners can come off to help with moving or delivery. The seats can not come apart. Hope this helps with your query.

Which store has a Gaucho Powered Fabric Recliner Chair, CBGCORECEFBBLK, in stock and can they deliver it to the Whakatane branch? I have ordered and paid for two of these and a matching 3 seater at Whakatane but the only have on chair in stock.
