Goes fast but poorly madeBought 2 of these scooters for my kids 4 months ago but received them just over a month ago (covid issues). Since using them every few days for an hour max, we have noticed they rattle alot and are a much bumpier ride since we first purchased. After first purchase they were a delight. Now the brakes barely even work on one and on the other, one kid went over a bump and the whole stem came out and now its giving out a code and needs to be repaired but unsure where to fix it. He did say he could feel something was loose inside but the stem was locked in. The kids are 11 and 12 so no rough rides. I would definitely recommend spending a little more and going with the segway max. We also purchased 2 of these and no problems or any faults at all.

You might get luckyI used this scooter for 10 months and the battery is gone on it.
The handle bars will fall off eventually, after two months I had to drill in new holes for the handles because the screws going into the bottom would rattle loose and I had a handle fall out while riding.
When it works, it worked really well but I can't give a positive review after it's broken within a year. It's not easy to get new tires for this as well - buy a brand that actually supplies parts to NZ because Apollo doesn't.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
