Keeps losing charge
Quite disappointed in these earbuds, they only charge intermittently, when they do the buds don't charge when the case is plugged in so have to wait another 2 hours for them to charge once the case is fully charged and unplugged, then the case loses its charge in 24 hours. Very frustrating and not sure if I'll get them replaced in time for the event I wanted to use them for.

These wireless earbuds are easy to use, with good sound quality, & quite comfortable. I am just a bit wary that there is nothing to hold them in place & they might fall out at any time, & they are yet another item which requires battery charging. If there was something to hold them in place, that would be great. They are also a little on the expensive side.

I wasn't sure if they would stay in my ears, but they are very secure and comfortable. The noise cancelling and hear through are much better than previous earbuds. Only bad thing is when I connect to my watch the quietest volume is really loud.

Really good quality earbuds. Got them at a reasonable price too. No issues with the sound quality and I have picky ears. Only small issue is that one ear has to be adjusted every now and then but that's probably due to my ear shape.

Active 4 has great sound as I wanted.
My ears are small and fits well.
Only con is Bluetooth only connect with one device so if you want to connect to other devices have to unfair with previous device.
Otherwise so far so good.

Really good sound, noise cancelling feature is great. The tips included is very helpful as the bigger tips didn’t fit in my ears. I recommend the Jabra earbuds as its really worth the money and more.

I bought this a month ago and use them every day when walking, commuting, taking calls and lifting weights at the gym. I love the look and they stay in my ears well. Would definitely recommend!
