Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great features but don’t fit Purchased as features and reviews suggested excellent for “active” users. Fitted smallest tips and struggled to keep them secured for optimum ANC on a 2 hour flight. Buds became extremely uncomfortable after an hour. Tried using them during a casual walk and unless jammed into my ear in an uncomfortable way they would easily fall out. No chance using these when jogging or at the gym. The ANC, hear through and app are all fantastic (4/5*) but the “one size fits all” is certainly not the case. 1/5* for comfort and usability (for me) so a 2/5* overall. Now stuck with earbuds that don’t fit as I’m unable to return.

Bought these Jabra Elite Active 7 earbuds over a month ago to replace a pair of Active 75t that had the right earbud stop producing audio. So far I've had multiple occasions that one earbud would switch itself off during use or fail to turn on when initially being removed from the charging case, requiring the earbud to be put back in the case again and removing it. I've also had one occasion when mid call, both earbuds on and connected, the call went to loudspeaker. Good thing nothing was being discussed that was important or confidential as multiple people were present. Case could also have a bit of surface texturing to help with opening or holding onto it better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan at all Functionality, sound quality, voice recognition at other end of call and case all lacking. The case is so slippery it constantly falls out of my pocket, even with the app downloaded and set up to find them it doesn’t, I’m almost afraid to leave the house. Can’t open the case at all with one hand and it super difficult with two so not suitable to insert when driving, tried all three rubbers and they fall out of my ears just walking. Sound quality isn’t good even using the equalizer, thought I heard a pop in one ear pod in the first week. People can’t here me on the other end despite the 7 apparent microphones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but Hear Through and Latency let them down I bought the Elite Active specifically as I have had issues with buds coming out when gardening or running. The Elite 7 Active do stay in my ears well which is great. They do have a problem with latency. Doesn't matter with podcasts of course, but if you watch a video on your phone it is very noticeable. Hear through is not as good as I would have hoped, definitely not as good as my previous samsung buds. Even at high level it is not easy to have conversations with people, and it seems way to tuned into high frequencies, giving a lot of hiss type sound which means it is not comfortable to wear them constantly with Hear Though at the full level. Overall they are good solid buds, but I would really like hear through and latency to be better.

However, I am giving a 3 star review because while Jabra advertise that you can buy a replacement case you cannot, I recently lost my new case (while wearing the earbuds) but I cannot find a replacement anywhere. It’s really disappointing that you have to reach out to Jabra to find out the case has been discontinued but still being advertised on their website. I love the ear buds but I can’t recommend the brand to friends when parts are inaccessible

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great sound but has frequent glitches Bought this product a month ago, sound quality is amazing but has very frequent glitches. Sometimes the charger won't charge. I attempted to play music this morning and a horrible screech kept playing and when i would disconnect and reconnect the screeching would continue. However 30 mins later, I took a phone call with my headphones. Follow that phone call, their were no issues playing music after that - very strange. I would avoid purchasing, I hope other Jabra products are not the same.
