Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound I have tested this product for a few weeks now. At first, it costs a bit of time to find out which rubber plugs fits best for your ears. After this struggle, the sound of the JBL is very good. Music, calls, books it al works well. When I wanted to reconnect with my phone, it was very easy. However, connecting with my laptop after I was connected with my phone was very difficult. Once the JBL is connected the connection is very stable. The battery of the JBL is also very good. I was unable to use the JBL while jogging, because I had the feeling they would fall out of my ears. Also eating is not possible without falling out ear plugs.

I'm more of a Skullcandy because of the bass but JBL not only knocks it out of the park with that, but the Ambient control also gave it push it needed to win me over. the multiple microphones are great as well. I thought I would never find a pair that could be heard so clear even outside. even the unboxing was great. very different from the competition. the only thing that is missing is the ability to set individual gesture controls for each headset instead of being grouped. implement that and you will definitely have a winner. all in all, I'm glad I made the switch.

I wanted buds with wings as I find the non winged types fall out. they are also resonably sized compared to some other brands.They sound good too and I like the fact that the sound can be cutomied using th app. I could not find theses locally to see and try which was dissapointing. on the downside, I have found them a little uncomfortable after using for a couple of hours or more. Also pairing is not as easy as it should be when moving from one device to another. Overall very happy, but please make it easier to pair and support 2 devices. Plus mke the wing tips a bit softer and they will be much more comfortable. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible sound These Jbl earbuds, are another level. They fit perfectly in your ear, the Jbl comes with 3 other earplugs, so you can adjust them the way you want. I used the earbuds while cycling, but also when cooking and cleaning, and they stay in your ear at all times. I cyclelet with them in the rain, and cause they are waterresistant i didnt need to worry about a thing. While cycling, i used smart ambient, a nice feature, so you enjoy your music but you are aware of your surrounding. The case where the earbuds came in, are very usefull, once the case is fully charged, you pair your earbuds easily with any device with bluetooth. I recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these headphones for over a week now and have been testing them out with music and movies in different settings. I really love that I can tap the left ear bud and I can activate noise cancelling or Ambient aware. Compared to other in ear headphones, these JBL Reflect Flor Pro's sound really clear and have deep bass for punchy music. I also like the fact that you can change the size of the ear wings and ear tips; made them so much more comfortable to ware and they didn't fall even during gym workouts.

Did not stay in my ears and the switching between noise cancelling and regular sound was always weird, sometimes it would switch on its own. But I decided to overlook that and keep them. I box, and when I tried using them while boxing I could only throw a couple punches before they'd fall out. About 3 months ago I was getting off the bus and as I stepped out, of course one of my earbuds fell out and got run over by the bus. As far as sound quality these are wonderful. For studying and relaxing at home? Great! But these are literally marketed as being great for workouts and they are NOT.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low reliability I bought two JBL Reflect Flow Pro devices a half year ago, one for my brother and a second for myself. Unfortunately, both devices have issues(( 1. My earbuds have an issue with position and functionality. The bug with functionality is that music can stop when you just turn your head left/right or go fast. When I disabled all functionality in the Android "JBL Headphones" application I faced another bug(( If you turn left/write your head you will hear "device connected" words even if it was connected and plays music. 2. My brother left earbud just stopped charging. The right earbud works perfectly without any bugs. The sound quality and battery life are excellent, but due to low reliability, I couldn't recommend them for purchase.

How do you select the right earfins to stop the buds falling out?

In selecting the right ear fins of JBL Reflect Flow Pro, you may have some trial and error as it comes with four sizes of ear fin stabilizers (XS, S, M, L). Selecting the fitting ear tips is also important before choosing the ear fins. Attach the ear fins and insert the earbud into your ear. Gently rotate them and push them into your ear to lock them in place. You may try the "Check My Best Fit" test in the JBL Headphones App, which will help you get the best sound quality depending on the size of the ear tip and fins.

Can you swim with these?

Our JBL Reflect Flow Pro has a rating of IP68 for waterproof and dustproof. Although the earbuds can withstand continuous immersion in water for 30 minutes up to 1.5 meters, it is not suitable for swimming as Bluetooth signals do not pass through water. We recommend our JBL Endurance Dive, which features an IPX7 rating and a built-in MP3 player designed for swimming activities.

How do you switch the earphones off and on when you don’t have the case with you?

Our JBL Reflect Flow Pro has an adaptive noise cancellation feature that does not completely eliminate noise but does reduce unwanted background noise. This varies on the loudness of the sound and your distance away from it.

Are these earbuds able to connect and work to play games on an Xbox?

Our JBL Reflect Flow Pro can be used with Bluetooth-enabled devices such as phones, tablets, and laptops. It isn't recommended for use with gaming consoles because audio-video delays may occur. Instead, we recommend the JBL Quantum series of headphones.

Can these be used without the ear fins?

The powerfin stabilizers of our JBL Reflect Flow Pro are part of the design of the earbuds. Without the use of the powerfin stabilizers, the earbuds have a chance to fall out of your ears.

Would I be able to use these in the shower without damaging them?

Our JBL Reflect Flow Pro has an IPX rating of IP68 that can withstand continuous immersion in water (up to 1.5 meters / 4.9ft for 30 minutes). Although it's waterproof, the flow of water from the shower may trigger unintended controls on the touch controls of the earbuds as they're sensitive. If the earbuds have been exposed to water, ensure to dry them off before charging them to prevent possible damage.
