Great Machine but 3rd time lucky.Absolutely great machine with the built in tamp feature and machine learning that guides you to pull that perfect shot. However we had issues with our 1st 2 machines. Great customer service by Breville hands down regarding a warranty replacement and great thorough communication. 1st machine showed an Error that required sending back. 2nd machine leaked from the portafilter while steaming milk. 3rd machine seems to be a charm. These are great machines Breville. Understandably this is a new model but the QC may need extra attention to detail with such a premium model. Extremely happy with our new unit. Thanks Breville for the great customer service and support.

Excellent choice for a cafe quality coffee at homeI have had the previous model of the Barista touch but the new model with the tamper in built keeps the coffee making much more tidy and consistent. I have had the machine for over a month and I love using it every morning. Great when you have guests over and I can offer them a beautiful latte as well as a long black to "Impress" them. Best home coffee machine currently on the market to fit a family or to share with flatmates. Sits in one corner of the bench and the knock box will take a bit more space if you get one.

Couldn’t recommend enoughThis machine is amazing if you’re time poor in the morning! The machine does nearly everything for you, ensuring your morning coffee is always consistent. We were unsure about the tamping function at first but it’s honestly so good. Very happy with our purchase.

Great brand and great coffeeSmooth and automatic coffee machine that produces consistent great tasting coffee. I bought the barista express machine 4 years ago in the office and with 20 coffees a day being made it still works great. So we naturally decided to upgrade and buy the touch impress at home. It’s been impressive. Making a coffee is smooth, the machine runs well, and the coffee is consistent every time. The automatic milk temp and frothing takes away a small handle, and the 10kg press reduces mess. All up I highly recommend it

Exactly what we wanted...We had some prerequisites to us buying this. We wanted high quality coffee. We wanted a damper, we wanted simple and clear instructions, we wanted variety of coffee options, easy set-up, cleaning and management - and we got it ALL with this machine.. It's a dream... I wouldn't say it's without any fault at all though. The water trays need emptying pretty regularly and it goes through coffee beans at a pace... But its the IDEAL coffee machine for anyone looking for the same as us.. Basically we wanted it all and got it!!!

Super easy to useMy mum and i bought this coffee machine, we were going to purchase the machine below this one, but after a demo from the instore staff member we were convinced this was the one for us. Super easy to use, cleans itself, the whole family love it, including the kids making hot chox. It makes a great coffee worth the extra money.
