Wonderful Machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old coffee machine with this model. Delonghi is a fantastic machine. Easy to set up, and includes everything you need, right down to the milk frothing jug. This machine makes delicious coffee and the milk frother on it is simply amazing. If you're tired of getting your one-touch machine (Like my old Bosch) fixed every year--buy this machine. There are a few extra steps to making your coffee, but it is worth it. I'm very impressed with his machine and it's worth the price.

Straight forward & quick decent coffee at home[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously owned a Delonghi Nespresso machine, I am delighted at the quality of coffee the Nespresso Vertuo makes.
What I loved:
1. "delight" designed into the experience: the way the box unfolds to give a glimpse of the machine and also allows for easier unpacking made me smile, and how the pod is 'ziplined' from the main body into the used pods chute was fun to watch. The starter pack of pods was a good mix of different flavours & sizes to try.
2. A step towards sustainability: the packaging seems to be mainly recycled (and the unit itself is apparently 54% recycled plastic)
3. Quick & easy: you just pop the pod in, click the button and the right sized coffee with considerable crema appears in front of you in mere seconds (maybe closer to a minute if you're doing a large coffee). The aeroccino was a delight to use as well- quick and effective.
What I wished for:
1. Reusable pods: I don't want to have to void the warranty of this gorgeous machine by buying random pods from elsewhere but as an eco-conscious person, I'm also conflicted about using single use pods. Nespresso offer a recycling program (take the pods back to a nespresso store) but that's rather inconvenient (especially in covid times), and until we get better technology, being able to reuse a pod instead of recycle is still better for the environment.
2. "play mode": the pods instruct the machine to deliver exactly that type of coffee (which I think is great), though I also sometimes enjoy being able to experiment a bit - use a strong coffee pod to make a weaker coffee but with that type of bean profile, or vice versa.

Simple and stylish[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using my Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine for less than one week and I'm impressed with the presentation of the machine and the finished product, my morning coffee!
After the initial setup which you do need to follow the instructions carefully, the process of making a coffee couldn't be easier. In the head of the coffee machine is a system that reads a bar-code on the capsule which enables the machine to deliver anything from a single shot 40ml coffee or up to 414ml of coffee, which is great for when you have crowd to make coffee for. And for the perfect cappuccino, you have a fast, silent Nespresso
Aeroccino 3 milk frothier. Makes life easier.
A good choice of coffee machine for the time poor mum or dad, without having another
bulky item in the kitchen

Awesome features in separate milk frothing and flavoured coffee options. Another great creature is the ability to select larger volumes of coffee, pod dependent though. Easy to use Coffee machine & Great customer serv[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first attempt to use a coffee machine to make coffees for my work from home headache
And Nespresso was easy to choose to try this
The package was impressive and not so heavy and both the machine and milk frother was very aesthetic
Making the coffee was one of the easiest to do. But if it had options to fill 1/4 or 1/2 for each POD it would have been better
I like adding milk so after machine fills the cup , I have to adjust the mix by using another cup
Instead of it fills only upto 1/2 , mixing with milk would have been easy
Wi-Fi connectivity is another good feature I am impressed with and certainly helps me decide what coffee pod to use and status of the machine
The customer service was so good when I tried to reach them for some assistance in setting it up and they provided the solution in less than 5 minutes
Overall a very aesthetic machine to add to my kitchen bench top and it makes great coffee too

Nice Mug of Coffee at last[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice to have a machine which does a nice MUG of coffee!
You just insert the pod and press the button. The machine brews at least 4 different cup sizes by reading each capsule's barcode.
Vertuo capsules come in a wide variety of flavors and sizes
Combined with the Milk frother makes for a quick no mess quality cup (or Mug) of coffee.
Only con for me is having to order the Pods online.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
